This is perfect for families with kids. We enjoyed our stay. This resort is very family friendly. The check in times are ridiculous. We waited in line for about an hour (with kids). Got to the counter after 4pm and rooms weren’t ready. That and the pool area being dirty are the only cons. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. Folks get to the pool early morning and put towels out so by 10am all of the pool chairs are taken.

The pools were filthy and our bathroom is in need of maintenance and a refresh. Nice staff fortunately. I probably would not stay here again.

I enjoyed my short stay, and I plan to return. First, the front desk and concierge were very welcoming! I felt valued, and I appreciated the complimentary beverage and snack upon checking-in. The grounds to the property were immaculate. The family and I also enjoyed the resort's many activities, including the community pool and slide, pool DJ, game room, pool lounge, and fitness center. We also enjoyed the AC in the room! It was very cool and refreshing! There's so much to do, and there's something for everyone. As a recommendation, I would suggest that resort leadership consider "refreshing" the exterior paint outside the rooms (I stayed in building 8), replace the room's carpet, and maybe replace some of the furnishings. IMO, that would enhance the guest's overall experience. Still, we loved the resort. See you next time!
