This is a beautiful luxury Villa on Son Gual , only to 15 minutes to Palma. It has a private pool 14 metres long x 7metres large and a big BBQ. With a park with swings for children. Big gym with jacuzzi for 4 people. Large games room with pool table, foosball, ping pong, darts and various board games. Internet Wifi. A short walk from the Golf Course ' Son Gual ' 500 . At the entry and the interior is decorated with supreme furniture and original paintings. This is a magnificent New Villa, built in Great Style, with 9.000m of field, and 3.000m private gardens, in a nice area of Mallorca. Ideal for a comfortable relaxing holiday with family and friends. Lounge has a large flat screen TV, satellite TV and DVD. This elegant villa has 450 m² built . Consists of basement, ground floor and first floor. Addition is 44 m². of covered terraces and 160 meters terraces discovered, all built on a landscaped plot of 3000 m². Air conditioning in all bedrooms and rooms, underfloor heating throughout the house, with the inverter heaters for cooler months.
