Leider nicht wie erwartet

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war einwandfrei. Ðie Unterkunft selbst war leider nicht so überzeugend. Wir konnten uns entscheiden den Urlaub vor Ort eskalieren zu lassen oder noch zu retten. Wir mussten erstmal einen halben Liter reinen Alkohol versprühen, um den Schimmelpilz an den Wänden zu bekämpfen. Das wiederholten wir nach 14 Tagen nochmals, um unsere Gesundheit nicht zu gefährden. Der Zugang zum Apartment findet ausschließlich über den Innenhof/am Pp9ool vorbei statt. Das ist sehr suboptimal, weil sämtliche Einkäufe und sämtliche Utensilien für den Strand vom Parkplatz über den Innenhof in das Apartment getragen werden müssen. Im Appartement steht ein Holzkohlen-Grill zur Verfügung der aber leider nicht genutzt werden kann, weil sich der gegenüberliegende Mieter/Eigentümer ständig darüber beschwert hat, dass die Rauchentwicklung andere Mieter stört. Alles in allem keine Situation in der wir Urlaub machen möchten! Wir möchten betonen, dass wir das nicht bei der Reisegesellschaft gemeldet haben, weil sich nach unseren Erfahrungen leider nach solchen Reklamationen nichts änderte.
