Erittäin mukava kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpy kaupunkitalo, joka sijaitsee Horizon Southin eteläpäässä. Tämä yksikkö nukkuu 8 ja siinä on isännässä queen-vuode, (2) parisängyt ja olohuoneessa nukkuva queen-size-sohva. Olo- ja ruokailutila on melko tilava, taulutelevisio, DVD-soitin ja 4-paikkainen ruokapöytä. Muita ominaisuuksia ovat täysin varustettu keittiö, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekä oma patio.

Horizon South -kylpylässä on 4 uima-allasta, jotka lämmitetään kausiluonteisesti. Vieraat voivat rentoutua porealtaissa tai haastaa toisiaan tennistä, shuffleboardia tai putt-puttia pelaamaan, jotka kaikki sijaitsevat paikan päällä. Ilmainen WiFi on myös kerhotalossa vieraiden käyttöön. Pier Park, vain 2 km: n p��������ssä Horizon Southistä, tarjoaa ostosmahdollisuuksia, viihdettä ja ruokailua. Paikallinen ruokakauppa ja Walmart sijaitsevat myös kätevästi tähän osakehuoneistoon. The staff at Horizon South was wonderful, very helpful and accomadating. The condo was clean, and in a great location. Although it needs updating and the downstairs shower is broken. The only reason it did not get a 5.

Kitchen was not equipped w enough silverware. Crockpot didn't have a lid. Floors were very dirty. The 3rd party property manager was VERY rude. The front desk woman was super sweet. The kitchen is SUPER small. The condo needs a lot of upkeep. The paint is peeling, the sink stayed stopped up the whole time. We were w out water 3 hours so we couldn't shower and do dinner. Had to do pizza the first night. Fridge shelves were broken. Hot water tank room was filthy.

Update putt-putt golf course, have equipment available for golf, tennis and shuffle board. Let renters know about the parking and pool bracelet required for 25 each. Unit had appropriate decor and comfortable beds. A bit short on silverware but had other kitchen necessities. Good location and nice pools.

First time at this property

The condo is super cute and is a reasonable proximity to the beach…not “steps away” as stated in the listing but still doable. We did have to take the SUV and drop stuff if we were staying longer on a particular day because it was too long of a walk to carry much. The condo is really cute!! Love the upstairs and view from the second floor into the living area. The couches/chair had some noticeable soiled places but everything smelled nice so it was probably just from the beach traffic. The microwave didn’t work but by Day 3 the electricians came and fixed it. The sink in the main bathroom was slow and by Day 4 was completely unusable. A plumber never showed up because the owner could not be reached by the property manager tho the manager always responded quickly and politely to my messages.All things considered, we would definitely stay here, again.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Horizon South. It’s in a great location to get to the beach and Pier Park. The rental agency was very responsive with the one question we had about the shower. The property needs a few touchups- minor cosmetic things which I’m sure will be addressed when the high season is over. The kitchen is very small and could use a few basics- mainly just a larger colander and salt and pepper but these are minor things and just some take away from my stay. Would definitely rent again! Thank you so much for a great week!

Called and emailed many times. Had to buy sheets and cleaning products first night there after driving a long ways. There were roaches, kitchen garbage filled with 2" of nasty liquid, full dishwasher of dirty dishes, broken door, bathroom sink don't drain, toilets barely flush, sheets were not clean, needs lots of updates and a new cleaning crew

Not worth the money

Needs some serious upgrading, the upstairs beds were terrible, the room smelled terrible, and no wash clothes were provided when. For the price you pay, you can find something else updated.

Horizon south.

No pool cues or balls. No shuffle board equipment. No miniature golf equipment. Pools close before dark. Wrist bands $20, parking pass $25 each. This was our 3rd time at this property and it will be our last. With all the add ons and resort fee that was added into booking , we might as well stay in a condo right on the beach. All the immensities were useless anyway.

Family Vacation

We had a great vacation. The beds definitely need updating. All of them squeak so loud, no one could get in our out of the bed without waking up the other person. It was very awkward. It was also very surprising that there was not a television upstairs. When you have children, it helps to have a tv for entertainment. Other than those two things, the condo was very nice. The beds would almost be a deal breaker for me though!
