***Our pools are seasonally heated up to 80°-85°! During the cold/winter time, when the outside temperature drops, the pool's heaters are kicked on to maintain the temperature inside the pools within 80-85°. Hot tub is open and heated all year around! Our maintenance team is checking pools daily to make sure the temperature is right

Please note that the water in these parks is not heated, as it is not feasible to maintain constant heating for running water.

*The the registration fee is $40. This fee includes wristbands and one parking pass (if needed) and covers the entire stay for the whole family. An additional parking pass will be an extra $40. The regeneration fee should be made at the time of registration directly to the resort.
***We are providing STARTING KIT for our guests, which includes paper towels, a small bottle of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, and toilet paper rolls - enough for a day or two until you get to the store. If you think you will need more stuff, please bring your own or buy it at the nearest store. *Please be advised, that this is our private place, not a hotel. No daily housekeeping, no room service, no concierge service

*Even though we love our furry friends, the resort does not allow any pets on their territory. Any guests violating those rules will be evicted from the property by Resort Security without a refund. Additionally, a fine will be applied.
