The backyard offers a full deck, huge custom wood bar with tiki lights, a Weber grill, prep sink and plenty of room to spread out on one of the two outdoor sofas or hanging chair swing.

The property offers a cozy living room, an appointed kitchen, two bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a set of twin beds and a full sized bath. The laundry room and one of the two outdoor showers are located just off the exterior of the house and also accessible via the main house's bathroom. There is a second outdoor shower at the rear of the property for your use as well.

After a full day at the beach, you'll feel right at home at the Sunnyside Up beach cottage. Or if you prefer, take in one of the great seafood restaurants. 30A is just 10 minutes away to the west and all the fun amenities in Panama City Beach are located to the east.
