Welcome to Seachase W602 - New windows and sliding glass doors! New roller shades have been installed! This is a beautiful 6th floor unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps a maximum of 7 people. This is the best floor plan on the beach with 60 feet of floor to ceiling glass spanning the entire condo. This unit has a split floor plan and both bedrooms are gulf front with sliding glass doors. The balcony can be accessed from the living room. You will love the the views of the gulf and white sand beach from this floor height!

This is a dog friendly unit. No cats. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed to stay in this unit. Please note dogs are not allowed on the beach in front of Seachase, but they are allowed at designated dog beach areas and the closest one is about 1 mile east of Seachase at the pier at Pier Park.

If you like to cook at home, you will enjoy staying in at W602. It has a beautiful kitchen with white cabinets and granite countertops. It is a fully stocked kitchen and has everything you need plus the view of the gulf. Yes, you can see the stunning emerald water even from the kitchen! The large dining room table seats 6 and 3 more can sit at the bar. When it is time to come inside and cool off or just relax in the evening, you will be very comfortable in the 2 leather recliners. There is a commercial grade, queen size sleeper sofa in the living room as well. This unit has tile floors throughout.

If you are tired of staying in big high-rise complexes with crowded beaches, look no further. Seachase is a mid-rise complex. There are 8 floors and only 64 units between the 2 towers, so there is plenty of beach front for everyone to have a front row seat. We provide 4 beach chairs with sunshades in the unit for our guests to take to the beach at your leisure.

Seachase is located only a mile from great dining and shopping at Peir Park and only a couple of miles from Frank Brown Park where most softball and baseball tournaments are held.

Our host, Corri, was very welcoming and the amenities were in good condition. The view of the Gulf of Mexico from every room was spectacular! December is quiet on Panama Beach which was fine.Towns along 30A were only 15 to 20 minutes away and there was enough activity there to keep us busy.

We love the location. We wish, for the price, we were also given two beach chairs daily, with an umbrella because others at Seachase condos were. Also the water proof covers on the two queen beds with the egg shells, were very loud when you moved and very annoying. If we were very deep sleepers, guess they would have been acceptable. We still enjoyed our visit.

Best vacation ever!

We had a wonderful time! I loved how the condo is located near all of the action but far away from it to have plenty of room and relaxation at the beach! Our host was wonderful and always responded immediately to our questions. The place was great for our dogs as well! We can’t wait to go back!

It is a nice condo, but needs updating. The balcony furniture needs to be replaced. The toilet in one of the bathrooms needs to be replaced with higher one. Needs a Keurig. At least one bathroom should have a walk-in shower for elderly guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The views are beautiful! Love the layout of the condo!

Early summer vacation

This was the first time using Vrbo. I have to say, from the initial online booking to check-in and throughout the entire stay. Nothing but exceptional. Annual beach trip

We had problems on our vacation- primarily my vehicle broke down on DeFuniak Springs and caused a lot of issues for our vacation. However, the condo was exactly as described and in a great location. We come to PC every year, but this year we had to bring our pup. Even tho she is well- behaved , we couldn’t find any condo that would allow an animal over 25 lbs. Corrie’s condo did not have a weight restriction. Corrie was also very responsive to make sure our stay was enjoyable. It made dealing with our issues much better. We would definitely recommend this condo. Very nice and close to everything

Condo was a bit dated- hard beds- not thoroughly cleaned to my taste. Justin replied immediately to my email complaining about the issue and it was addressed promptly. Overall we enjoyed the location and friendliness of both Corri and Justin. Next time we will be sure to request their other property 201E.

Could only use 1 bathroom because the other one was messed up and needed to b replaced, air went out the night before we were suppose check out so we ended up leaving the night before, cooking utensils were gross and pots and pans, the lady that called us was rude and blamed us for the air not working. So we will not b staying there again after we have been staying there for years.

We enjoyed our stay! The view was amazing. No serious problems just the usual kiddos playing up and down the hall and “ding dong ditching” our condo, but we remember being a kid so it did not bother us. Clean and simple with the things you need to make it through a couple of weeks. Hopefully will be staying again in the next year!

Beautiful condo and beach

Everything we needed for a great stay was included. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was super, our dog liked it, it was easy to get to. The recliners were very comfortable. The only problem we had was that the TV programming was the worst I've ever seen. It was a satellite system. The picture was really good but the selection was awful. No local news, no weather and what I could receive was old John Wayne movies, Baywatch, etc. I really am glad I took my tablet so I could watch movies.
