The home's kitchen and cozy living area are on the first floor, where you'll find everything you need to entertain guests inside or outside on the screened porch, which doubles as a secondary living area and outdoor kitchen. The main kitchen in the home features designer cabinetry and appliances and seating for 15 at the dining table and breakfast bar. The outdoor dining table can seat 6.
