**Regency Towers charges a $40 fee upon check-in at registration. **This will provide you with 1 parking pass and wristbands for your guest. You may purchase additional parking passes for $15 each. The passes will be issued by the security gate.


*Each renter will be issued TWO parking passes maximum for one or two-bedroom units and 3 or 4-bedroom units receiving 3 maximums. When we reach 70% (+) occupancy, then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of the condo. All additional vehicles will be charged $40 per vehicle, Credit/Debit Card only, No Cash, and will receive an OVERFLOW parking pass and will be required to park in the overflow lot directly across from the complex. Parking passes must be hung on the rearview mirror and must be visible at all times. *


Regency Towers Condominium in Panama City Beach offers the most complete and action-packed amenities in the Thomas Drive area for you and your family to enjoy while you are on vacation, including two huge pools (one seasonally heated), children’s wading pool, indoor spa, beach front volleyball, shuffleboard court, picnic pavilion with gas grills, gated security, and amazing gulf views. Don't forget to grab a burger and a beer at the poolside snack bar! Watersports are available in several nearby locations! Conveniently located on the family-friendly, eastern end of Thomas Drive, the beach in front of Regency Towers is fabulous! It's wide and deep and reminds one of "old Florida". Great Location!

A group of 8 stayed in the condo. It was spacious enough for all of us. The balcony view was phenomenal! Beaches were great along with the pool! Only downfall was the kids wanted to splash and jump in the pool but were not allowed to.

Very nice condo!

The condo was very nice and owners answered any questions we had. We added an extra night the afternoon before departure and owner was very helpful getting this done late in the afternoon. We really enjoyed the stay!

Wonderful condo

Had a great vacation in this condo. Having multiple pools with the tiki bar that served food at reasonable prices was a huge plus. Nice beach that wasn't super crowded in June was great. We had all positive encounters with staff. Condo was very clean and had many updates. Good location and near plenty of local restaurants, bars and touristy shops.

Good location

We have stayed at Regency Towers a few times. The location is great. Elevators are not so great -- at check in time but that is to be expected. No complaints about this condo (except maybe add an ice cream scoop? LOL) The mattresses and pillows were great - which is not always the case in a rental.

Awesome!

We truly enjoyed our little stay! We stayed during the Fourth of July so it was super packed. There was a minor water issue that was fixed immediately and they were very informative! The elevator wait times were a bit lengthy but it was a holiday weekend! Management was super helpful as well! Overall, no complaints! We will definitely be back!

Great view

The view from the unit was amazing and we saw beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The condo was nice and met our needs, however the description made us think there were 4 bedrooms when there are only 3. The only real issue we had was with the televisions. The property uses Roku and it was not user friendly due to dead batteries, unmarked remotes and missing Roku units. Thankfully the maintenance guy Fred, knew how to get the issues resolved, he was very courteous and knowledgeable and really helped us out. The drive to the Pier was longer than expected, but the condo is still in a nice quiet area.

Perfect Family Condo

Location was great and condo was perfect! A few small things need addressed but they wwre very minor. Bathtub in master bath wont hold water to take a bath, Remotes in the bedroom with the queen bed are missing batteries and/or dont work. Had turn on using buttons on tv and the xfinity remote had no batteries. Freezer was maxed out on high with tape over the controls so when opened door the entire freezer was filled with ice. I still rate this is 5 stars because it had no affect on our stay! I had read some bad reviews because of the property Regency Towers which is separate from this condo. We however didnt experience any issues. Check in and out was smooth no issues. The property is under 24 hour guard and gate so that was great. Loved the heated pool and the hot tub and private access to the beach! The picture doesnt do this condo justice on the view from the balcony. You are on the side of the building but the view is still amazing! Overall would definitely make the same decision!!

Disappointed is an understatement

Do not believe the pictures you see in this ad. As soon as we walked in we were shocked. First, the place is much smaller than appears in pictures. Only 1 person at a time can stand in the narrow galley kitchen. The tiny balcony actually does not face the beach but overlooks a dirty parking lot. The bathroom floor had several stains that looked like dirt and had holes in the wall. To get a full view of the beach requires turning sideways and looking through safety bars on the side of the balcony. Most upsetting however was the fact that within 30 mins our teenage kids witnessed another guest rolling joints and waiving a gun around on their balcony. I immediately contacted the management company to share our disappointment and safety concerns. They responded by saying the ad was not deceptive and floor was not dirty just stained. Due to safety concerns and need for more space we immediately vacated and went to a different resort. I tried numerous times during the week to inform the mgmt Co that we had left and asked for consideration of partial refund but they never responded to any of my communications. Bottom line-DO NOT RENT this unit.

Not the worst. Not the best.

You really do get what you pay for. We looked at another unit in this building that was in great shape. It was $100 more per night. We should’ve paid it. This unit does not front the beach, but rather has a balcony on the side of the building that looks down the beach. Still a nice view, but don’t expect a big wide view of the beach. This unit had mildew, broken light fixtures, A hole in the drywall, and a front door that wouldn’t close without a deadbolt. The management of the building does not seem to enjoy renters. They hit you for 20 bucks for your parking pass and some wristbands that I didn’t wear for the four days of my stay. No one checked them. No one stopped me. The building management folks are also not shy about using the public address system designed for emergencies to admonish those who have kept luggage carts in their unit. The first morning, the entire neighborhood was in a tornado warning. No announcement. Later that day, water was shut off in the entire building for 2 1/2 hours. No announcement. Luggage carts left on floors instead of being returned to the first floor? Announcement each day. The neighborhood is a mix of bars, golf cart rentals, dilapidated structures, and T-shirt shops. Owners were responsive than rectifying most of the issues while we were there. They even credited back some of my fee for the inconvenience.

Friends vacation

The property has a large number of rooms for only 3 elevators. Even the cleaning staff have to use the same elevators as the guests. It gets very backed up and takes quite a while to move in and out, especially if you have to make more than one trip. The check-in process at the front desk was fairly quick and painless. The condo was 90% clean but the bathrooms could have used a little more scrub. The description online said the condo rental included beach chairs, but when I tried to confirm that before we left, I was told they were not included but since they were still on the website, they would be included. However, when we arrived that had not been taken care of and it became clear that was not a priority. The email addresses of the property manager need to be updated on the website in all places because there is one email address that no one checks and it took a while before I could make communication with someone. The location of the condo was great. It was close to restaurants and grocery stores but not in the congested part of PCB. Overall, I gave it a 4 star because of the hassle with the elevators/wait, the confusion with the beach chairs, and the bathroom being dirty behind the door. Also, in the bedroom with the bunk beds, the top bunk feels rickety when trying to get up there, so no one would use it. It might need to be stabilized a little bit.

Location is great!!!

We had perfect weather and location is perfect. Unit was clean and plenty of towels and pots and pans. There are a few things that were bothersome, but did not impede on our stay, or affect our vacation but are worth mentioning: check in was not easy. Had to purchase wrist bands for $ 20 to stay on property. Check in staff not friendly. You have to go to another room down from check in and give YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE to an employee to get a luggage cart to take your stuff to room. You don’t get drivers license back until you bring cart back. This unit , on all beds have those terrible, hot microfiber sheets! I understand this may not be an issue for some, and not a first world problem, but if you sweat or get hot when you sleep, . beware!!!!! The bedroom with the queen and twin combo has NO room darkening curtains or shades, so if you want to sleep in… you won’t. Also, this same bedroom has the FURNACE in it, behind a door. So, EVERY TIME the air conditioning kicks on… you get woke up! This room would be great for kids/ teens who can sleep through about anything, not adults. Again this did not affect our vacation, we had a great time! Property is clean, pool and bar and grill are amazing! Very convenient.

Cousin Get-a-way

Great experience! Was perfect for our stay. Really liked being on the beach with restaurants on property. We were on the 12th floor but the elevators were quick. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Wonderful Condo and Location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed during our stay and was clean and comfortable. The property manager(s) were very easy to reach for any questions we had. This unit is the first condo on the West side of building (nearest the Ocean) but still has a wide, unobstructed/fabulous view of the beach and ocean from the balcony and living areas. The balcony size is a little small for a typical three-bedroom unit, but still met our needs. I would recommend this condo and would stay here again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. An issue was realized from the listing and was immediately corrected. Chase and Sherry were awesome.
