We’d love you to consider staying with us! Imagine you and your family enjoying the breathtaking unobstructed gulf front views of the pristine sugar white sandy beaches and gorgeous crystal-clear emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico from the 2nd floor condo balcony of a very warm and comfy 2 bedroom/2 bath condo from only 200 feet away.
We know most of your time will be spent along the sugar white beach for fun and sun in a pair of complimentary beach chairs and umbrella, but after a long day at the beach or even a beautiful rain day, you can feel comfy inside the condo! Inside the condo you’ll find a comfortable living space for no more than 6 people. In the Livingroom, you’ll find a warm welcoming recliner couch and loveseat with many throws of course! There is a 50” flat screen television with HD cable, HBO, Blu-ray DVD player and many DVDs to enjoy with your family while munching on the popcorn provided.
The Dining room offers seating for 6 comfortably. You’ll find table linens, placemats, and cloth napkins. You’ll find a fully and we mean fully equipped kitchen with about everything possible to whip up a nice family meal! Whether it be a slow cooker kinda day, a low country boil or a 5-star meal, you’ll find what you need to create that plus some! You just never know what you might find in the pantry! There is a full-size washer and dryer. For your convenience, you will find detergents, bleach, sanitizers, or fabric softener. The master bedroom is gulf side and has a King size bed with Allerease mattress encasement, a Serta So Lofty Pillow Top Mattress Pad/Topper and king size pillows covered with Allerease pillow covers. You’ll find many snuggly blankets and extra pillows if needed in the master closet. There is a 55” flat screen television with HD cable. The master bathroom you’ll find luxury cotton towels, hairdryer, tissues, toilet paper and incidentals in case you have forgotten something from home. The guest bedroom offers 2 queen beds with Allerease mattress encasements, a Serta So Lofty Pillow Top Mattress Pad/Topper and queen/standard pillows covered with Allerease pillow covers. You’ll find snuggly blankets and extra pillows if needed in the closet. There is a 40” flat screen television with HD cable. There are many games, kids activity books, crayons, puzzles and cards in case indoor activities are needed. The guest bathroom has plenty of cotton towels and a hairdryer. There is much MORE but we can’t give all our secrets away! 😊 The condo complex offers 24-hour security/guard gate, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard, charcoal grills, pool (heated in the fall/winter), covered kiddie pool, hot tub, and fitness room. Beach chair w/umbrellas and Jet Ski rentals are available during the Spring/Summer months through contracted beach service. We love pets, but just not allowed on this property or in our Beach Home. Additionally, this is a NON-SMOKING property and condo. There are designated smoking areas on the property away from the building and guest. Smoking will NOT be allowed on the balcony! This is strictly enforced. Grocery, shopping, and dining can be found less than a mile away and a very short walk to St. Andrews State Park. Come and be pampered while staying at our beach home getaway that truly delivers. Fun Fact: From the front door of our condo to the pool is 111 steps. And from our front door to the beach is 219 steps (in small girly steps)! Having a Special Occasion? Please let us know.
