- This single-story condo features step-free access via elevator
- Per neighborhood requirements, there MUST be someone 25 or older staying the duration of the reservation. Security and the office will be verifying age and refusing entry to any guests that do not meet this requirement
- Central air conditioning is temporarily unavailable. There are 2 portable A/C units available for use in the meantime
