The first level of this 3-story coastal home welcomes guests with an open kitchen, living space, and dining area—all smoothly connected for effortless togetherness. The chef of the group will appreciate the kitchen’s high-end appliances, granite countertops, and spacious island, while the shiplap detailing creates a pleasant, coastal setting for preparing meals. A few steps away, the large dining table has plenty of bench seating, perfect for seafood feasts after a day spent on the beach. Recline on the living area’s 2 sofas and 2 armchairs to unwind and watch TV in the cool AC. Outside, a furnished porch overlooks the enclosed pool and surrounding palm trees. Sip sangria while enjoying the overhead fan’s sweet breeze or amble down to the poolside to stretch out on the comfortable loungers. Rest in luxury in the primary bedroom, which boasts a plush king bed and a private bathroom.

Take the stairs to the second level, where an additional primary bedroom with an inviting king bed, private bathroom, and balcony offers a tranquil haven. Kids and extra guests can take advantage of the delightful bunk room, featuring 2 full-over-full bunk beds and a private nook with 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed. A shared balcony is accessed off the hallway—start each morning with a moment relishing the fresh, seaside air.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

*The Water's Edge Board of Directors has instituted a curfew for everyone 18 years old and under of 8:00 PM effective immediately!
This curfew will follow the same guidelines put forth by Rosemary Beach and they consist of:

1. Curfew for anyone under the age of 18 not accompanied by their parents. They will be asked to return to their rental property or leave Water's Edge if they are not guests.
Refusal may result in criminal charges.
Security will be on premises and will be verifying they are guests of Water's Edge.

2. No backpacks, coolers, bags, etc., capable of concealing alcohol or other illegal contraband will be allowed.

3. Dry beach (no alcohol) 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
This curfew will extend for the duration of Fall Breaks and may extend past that time at the direction of the Board of Directors, depending on compliance and the safety of the community.

Perfect getaway!

Second Stay this Summer

We stayed at this property once in June and enjoyed it so much we came back at the end of July! The house is exactly as listed (if not better than depicted in the photos) and just perfect for my family. It’s a close walk to the beach with the beach chairs/umbrella included in the listing. It’s a quieter neighborhood with the gate which we appreciate and still in the middle of everything once you walk out of the gate. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating which I was very appreciative of. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Property Close to Everything

This was a wonderful house for my family of four which includes two little kids although easily holds more than one family with the nice bonus of having two King masters. The pool was the perfect size for the kids and the beach is a very quick walk. I enjoyed how quiet the property was late night as the neighborhood is gated yet in the middle of Rosemary and Seacrest for easy access to shops/restaurants. The house was exactly as listed in the photos and we would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful home and location

This is a lovely, clean, and well-stocked home in a prime location! We loved having easy access to the beach and having the small, private pool at the front of the house. As other reviewers have said, the kitchen is especially well-stocked and we also appreciated that there were beach toys. It worked so well for our family of two adults and two very young kids. Beth was so responsive and helpful, including coordinating with the service that delivered our rented crib and high chair. We would love to come back!

We said multiple times: best location!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. The layout worked beautifully for our family and the location to the beach and all that is Rosemary Beach could not be beat. There were a ton of college parties and bachelorette parties next to us, but you couldn't hear them once the sun went down. We love the HOA for that reason alone. We never worried about our kids exploring and giving them freedom. The house was incredibly clean. We wish there had been a starter set of soap, shampoo and conditioner so we didn't have to run to the grocery store as soon as we arrived. If that's the worst thing to deal with, we completely won. Everything else we needed for a lovely stay was there. Communication with the owner was not only easy, but delightful. She is gracious and attentive. I will not hesitate to reserve this home again.

Third year in a row!

This was our third year to rent Villa Paradiso so clearly we love it! It’s comfortable and clean and perfectly located. We are always so happy there and feel it can’t be beat. We look forward to making many more family memories there in the future!

Great for families with teens

We took our teenage daughters and their friends for Spring Break. Loved this location right next to Rosemary Beach so all the restaurants and shops are close by but it’s a gated community with private beach access. The house was so cute and plenty of room for everyone.

Five stars!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Villa Paradiso. The house seemed bigger in person than what the photos show online. There was plenty of space for four adults and four children. Two pack-and-plays, a baby booster seat for the dinner table, a fully stocked kitchen with many appliances (even a Keurig, large closet spaces, plenty of space in the rooms. Beach access was super easy and quick. The Sonos system was awesome and easy to connect to. Beth was extremely responsive anytime I reached out. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Second wonderful visit to Villa Paradiso

We had such a wonderful time the first year, we decided to come back for a second trip to Villa Paradiso! The location can’t be beat - easy access to the beach and short walk to Rosemary town square. It’s so nice to have a private pool also! It’s the perfect sized pool for kids like ours - age 5 and 7. The house is so comfortable and spacious. My husband and I both had to do some work while we were there and the internet was strong enough to support both of us doing that at the same time. Last time we visited was in April and this time in June was much hotter and more crowded but we were still able to get into the restaurants we wanted. I have a feeling we will be back again and again.

Perfect Location

This was our first time vacationing on 30A and we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Beth was super responsive and helpful - especially with us traveling with three small children. The house is a short walk to the beach and the private pool was great for the kids. The walkability to downtown Rosemary was an unexpected treat. We took strolls around the area multiple times a day.

Great house in a great location!

This is in a great location beside Rosemary and a very short walk to the beach. The private beach area is one of the less crowded in the area. Lots of great restaurants with in walking distance.

Great Vacation Home!

We loved our stay! The home is even more perfect in person. We had six 16 year old boys and the space was perfect. All the kitchen gadgets you could need and love the decor. The Sonos system was a fun surprise and the gated community was appreciated. Hope to be back soon!
