Designer decorated 4 bed/3.5 bath with 2 master suites and private pool. The pool will be heated for free if requested.





Welcome to Footprints in the Sand, a beautiful residence that will redefine rest and relaxation for you and your guests. Located in the high-end, gated gulf front community of Carillion Beach and tucked within the palms, Footprints in the Sand is merely across the street from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Minutes from the Sandyshore Drive Dune Walkover#1that will take you to the white, powder beach and serene shoreline. This new home full of designer finishes is fully equipped and ready for your retreat to paradise. Your stay will also include 4 reserved chaise lounge chairs with daily beach service providing cushions and umbrellas (March 1 – Mid October) and New Bicycles for the family with helmets: 2 adult bikes, one trailer, 4 kids bikes varying in size.
Footprints in the Sand contains four (4) bedrooms and three and a half (3 ½) baths and comfortably sleeps nine (9). Amongst the bedrooms are two (2) masters with king beds and exquisite en suites, a guest bedroom with queen bed, and bunk room with 3 twin beds. The home boasts a completely open concept first floor that opens up to a large, covered back patio that is perfect for outdoor dining while enjoying the fine ocean breeze. Additionally, the back patio overlooks your private backyard oasis containing a pool area furnished with loungers and seating. The pool has 2 child safety gates and one with a key to lock as needed. The back of the house faces a beautiful greenbelt offering max privacy for our guests. Lastly, no outdoor space would be complete without a new Weber grill made for sizzling up burgers and steaks.
Making your way back inside, the gourmet kitchen is laced with new stainless-steel appliances, a large island, and a separate coffee bar (Keurig, drip coffee maker, and milk frother) that has everything you need to create wonderful meals and concoctions. Off the kitchen is a laundry area with full size washer and dryer as well as a sink. Footprints in the Sand contains five (5) flat screen televisions including one (1) in each bedroom, high-speed internet, WIFI, cable, Amazon Fire sticks, and streaming services.
Downstairs you will enjoy a King master bedroom with private bathroom and large shower. The room also has access thru double French doors to the front porch of the house. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms (Master, Queen, and Bunk room with 3 twin beds ).
The light and bright en suite upstairs King master bedroom with stand-up double rain showerhead and soaker tub are set-up so you can enjoy a book and relax at the end of a fun filled day at the beach. Your master of masters allows you to walk out to a private balcony that faces you to a partial oceanview. With the calm sounds of waves crashing in the background, cool breeze kissing your skin, and a refreshing beverage in hand you’ll wish you never had to leave Footprints in the Sand.

Our stay at Footprints in the Sand for an annual couples trip was perfect! We loved the large, well appointed kitchen and huge pantry. Coffee on the back porch every morning was wonderful. We walked the neighborhood every morning and hit the beach every afternoon! Pool was perfect for the evenings. Bejar and Natalya were fantastic hosts, Carillon is a special place and we will be back!

We had an incredible stay at this house!! The beds were super comfortable—honestly, some of the best we’ve ever slept in. The showers were fantastic, with great water pressure which was awesome after a long day at the beach. The house was spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The location is unbeatable, right by the beach where chairs were set up for us daily—a huge plus! The neighborhood is lovely, safe, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private pool was a highlight, clean and perfect for lounging. Communication with the owner was seamless, always prompt and helpful. Highly recommend this gem for a perfect beach vacation!

Lovely, very clean home in great proximity to beach - 1 min walk from house to feet in the sand! The private pool was the icing on the cake - clean, refreshing, relaxing. Communication with owner was fantastic - Sal answered every question or request promptly and kindly. House has plenty of beach & pool towels, chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc, to use. We really enjoyed the front porches & back deck (esp the view of ocean). There is some construction at the end of the street & a few houses back behind the property, but you’d be hard pressed to find anywhere in Carillon that isn’t near some construction at the moment; it was not noticeable when inside. Would most definitely recommend & return

Perfect house in perfect location

Our family of four enjoyed everything about this property! The location could not have been better and the inclusion of the beach chairs /umbrella set along with the loungers was very convenient. We hardly needed to carry anything the short distance to the walkover. My daughter especially loved the bunk room and we all really enjoyed the private pool! Property was very clean and Sal was very easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again!

The Perfect House

We had a wonderful vacation in a perfect house. We have stayed at Carillion Beach the last eleven years and Footprints in the Sand was our favorite house. Perfect location and beautiful house. We loved the porches and the pool. Highly recommend this property.

One of our best vacations!

Beautiful House and Great Location

This house was by far our most favorite stay in Carillon. Super clean and beautiful house. Fully stocked with everything you need. The back covered porch over looking the pool was the best and furniture was comfy. Great walk to the beach and loved having 2 beach loungers and 2 chairs by the water. Sal was quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. Already booked it again for next year.

We much appreciated Sal sharing his beautiful home Footprints in the Sand for the week. The house was full of amenities that would allow for easy packing of personal items only. Very spacious as we were a party of 6 with more than enough room. Convenient beach access. We will absolutely stay here again. Owner responds quickly with descriptive instructions.

Owners thought of everything

The house was great and exactly as advertised. The house has everything a family needs to having a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation. The owners truly thought of everything - from a well appointed kitchen to all the beach toys, bikes, beach chairs and lounges with umbrellas set up everyday. The owners were very nice to communicate with and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great time. Highly recommend and will be going back to this house again! Carillon is great - close to all the attractions at Pier Park and without the crowds and prices of Rosemary and Seaside. Perfect family beach vacation

Great location

We loved Footprints in the Sand! The location was wonderful if you enjoy going to the beach. It was only three houses away from the beach walkover. They had two beach lounge chairs and two beach chairs by the water which were set up each day with cushions and umbrellas. There was a shed with bikes, beach toys and extra chairs for us to use. The grill by the pool worked great for the nights we ate in. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were beautiful! Our host was easy to contact and made sure we had everything we needed so that we had a wonderful family vacation!

Beautiful and memorable week’

We had a truly wonderful time at Footprints in the Sand. The home was clean, well supplied, and very comfortable. The location was perfect with a very short walk to beach access. Also, having the beach chair service was a nice perk! We also loved having the small private pool! We look forward to returning!

Simply Awesome

Have been to Carillon numerous times and this was by far the best! Sal and his family were great hosts and very responsive during the entire process. If we had a question they were quick to answer, which made our stay even better. The house was in great shape, with some new furniture and VERY comfy beds. The master shower is to die for! The weather was not the best for the beach, but the heated pool and available bikes made up for it. Cant say enough good things...highly recommend. Will be back!

Family Time

Our family had a wonderful time! The children especially enjoyed being able to swim in the pool whenever!! The very large meeting, eating, kitchen area made it so nice for us all to be together no matter what we were all doing! Foot Prints in the Sand is a great place to enjoy family time and relax at the beach in Carillon!!
