"Dekantoitu unelma" on iso neljän makuuhuoneen, neljän kylpyhuoneen koti, joka sijaitsee Seacrestin rannan sydämessä ja vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä 12 000 Square Foot Community Lagoon -allasta.

Toinen kerros on kodin pääasiallinen elintila, avoimen konseptin olo- ja ruokailutila, joka johtaa ulos parvekkeelle, johon mahtuu neljä. Ruokapöytä mahtuu mukavasti kuuteen, neljä lisäpaikkaa keittiön baarissa. Olohuoneessa on taulu-TV, sohva, rakkausistuin ja istuutuoli, joka tarjoaa runsaasti tilaa rentoutumiseen. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja se sijaitsee tällä tasolla tilavalla kylpyhuoneella; Sisältää kylpyamme, lasitettu suihku ja kaksinkertainen turhuus. Yhden hengen kerrossänky sijaitsee myös makuuhuoneessa, sivuttain, omilla ovillaan yksityisyyttä varten. Makuuhuoneen ulkopuolella on oma parveke.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kaksi vierashuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta ja pääsy kuistille. King-size-makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone vain suihkulla ja oma kuisti. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä, jaettu kylpyhuone. Jaetussa kylpyhuoneessa on suihku ja amme-yhdistelmä, jossa on yksi turhamaisuus. 

Kolmannen kerroksen makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä ja yksi turhamaisuus. Kolmannessa kerroksessa on tilava yhteinen tila, jossa on ylisuuri sohva, joka sisältää kaksi vuodesohvaa. Kolmannen kerroksen loppuun saattamiseksi on baarikeittiö ja parveke, jolta on näkymät Seacrestin rannalle.

Overall cleanliness needs to be better -- we entered the house and were greeted by a dead cockroach, dirty sheets and hair on the floors and couches. The house has a great layout, with plenty of space and in a great location. Everything is walkable. However, its tired. Floors are warped and the beds are uncomfortable. This being our first time to Rosemary Beach, we weren't sure what to expect. Having visited in late July and in high season, the beach was packed and we were unable to find chairs at the pool. I would caution future visitors going in June-early August.Would not stay here again, not a good value for the price.

Beautiful property

Thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. Very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and the private bathrooms were key. Might have enjoyed a larger porch/outdoor space, but otherwise everything was perfect. Proximity to beach tram, pool and shops/restaurants was great. Would definitely recommend!

A treasure!

We had a beautiful time at Decanted Dream! Having 4 bikes ready for us was a treat. The house was perfect. Our teenagers enjoyed having their privacy mixed with valuable family time. The pool was amazing albeit chilly in March! The location of the home is perfect to walk ANYWHERE! We didn't want to leave! Thank you for sharing this treasure. :)

This was a beautiful home! It was great for a large group (two families). And the location within Seacrest is perfect - we could walk to restaurants and the beach. Having bikes was a nice touch as well!

Mattresses need to be updated*

This is a beautiful home and the location is perfect. Literally the only complaint would be the mattresses. Every mattress in the house with the exception of the third floor needs to be updated. The master on the second floor is pretty bad. I’m a hard sleeper and woke up multiple nights during the stay. Other than this issue we loved the home.

Fun time

Great location. Short walk to pool and circle for music at night. Loved the curtains in the bedrooms to help keep morning sun out. Well stocked and clean. The only complaint is we ran out of hot water . I assume it’s a tank water heater and not tankless. We had to hurry and shower or stagger them to allow time for hot water.

Worn out property

This was, at one time, a gorgeous, high end property: Quality cabinets, wood floors, granite countertops, Ethan Allen furniture., etc. Unfortunately for whomever owns this home, it has been used HARD over the years. Every single window blind in the property is broken; the dishwasher door slams open; the microwave is broken; the wood floors are warped; every wood furniture piece has its surface damaged; the doors (to cabinets, to bedrooms, to showers) are off their hinges and do not close all the way; broken toilet; fire alarm needing new batteries. The worst part of the property were the giant (2 inch) cockroaches…the kind you fear killing because you don’t want to get splattered by roach guts. I contacted the property management company (30A Escapes) and shared all of these observations with them, and they were very empathetic and responsive: A plumber came to fix the toilet; they brought a new microwave. Decanted Dream is booked all summer, so I don’t know how all of these flaws can get fixed for the next visitors. As for “Inlet Beach”: soooo many people everywhere… sort of like living at Disney World. The beaches are strange: due to litigation tied up in Walton Co. courts, visitors aren’t allowed to use the “dry” part of the beaches except for the small deeded area Decanted Dreams has access to. There were easily 300 people on one section of beach, and the rest of the beach had no one in personal lawn chairs sitting on it. My husband and I placed our flip flops on a section of dry beach outside of the allotted area, and a guy from a neighboring HOA told us to move out stuff because we weren’t allowed to “set up things” on private property.

Nice Place - needs updating and a few extras to improve the rating

We enjoyed our stay in Seacrest. Loved the location and the house was okay - for the price there are a few items that would have made our stay better: Update to the entire house - fresh paint, new light fixtures, update kitchen. Home seemed dated and worn. Add extras...makeup mirror in master bath and downstairs bath. Add coasters and more kitchen linens Clean house - it was surface clean only when we checked in. Leave more than one garbage bag for guests Provide a list of restaurants and favorite places to visit Grill was replaced while we were there without notice from rental company - someone in the property without notice. Wireless connection was horrible - we could not get on and stay on the Wifi. Not good with teenagers. Overall an okay location - not one that we would choose again - especially for the price.

Great place for family

Great place for family. This was our first trip to 30a. Overall very happy with the stay. The band and car pass were not entirely clear. The bike codes given weren’t correct but using a little common sense I figured it out. It took over 24hrs for the mgt company to get back to me on how to get bands and codes but it’s got figured out. I’d come back 100%

We really enjoyed the property.

Next to a tram stop that takes you right to the beach/pool. Walking distance to Rosemary, Alys and all the fun things Seacrest has to offer. Love the ease of having 4 bikes, too. The place had lots of space for everyone. 4 adults and 6 kids. We didn’t realize that the bunks on the second floor were in the master bedroom, but it didn’t end up being an issue. When we arrived there were a couple pieces of trash left behind, but otherwise, the place was clean and up to date.

Wonderful stay with family

We had a wonderful stay at decanted dream. We had a family of 10 which included grandparents, aunts and uncles, and 4 children ranging in ages 11-17. The house was extremely spacious and much larger than we expected. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was nicely decorated, great location, and very clean. The property management company was terrific, they were informative and gave us all the information needed for our stay ahead of time. We ended up with a flat bike tire along the stay and the bike maintenance crew came out right away to fix it in the pouring rain! It was a great trip!
