Welcome to Lazy Dayz at Southwind condo unit D4. This one bedroom, plus bunks condo is centrally located in west Panama City Beach. At this condo, it's all about unwinding and relaxing. Walk out the door and you are just steps to the pool, and a short stroll to the sugar sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

Southwind is a lower density complex, with 88 units all together. Lazy Dayz is located on the ground level with open parking directly in front of the unit! This will be a no hassle vacation experience: No waiting for an elevator to get to the beach, no fighting for parking in a tight garage, and no getting lost in a massive high-rise/resort. There is a painted cross walk with a push button and flashing lights for the whole family to safely cross to get to the beach.

The complex is in an awesome location, on the west end of Panama City Beach, and is very family friendly. About 10 minutes west from gorgeous Scenic Highway 30A, just a few miles from Pier Park, there's a ton of activities to get into. There's a cool boutique grocer, Carousel Supermarket, 1.2 Miles away and an 8 minute walk from highly rated Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar.

This condo sleeps 6 people. Please obey this rule to avoid eviction.
Rest comfortably on a Queen bed in the bedroom.
There is a built in bunk bed in the hall with 2 twin beds.
There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

We furnish a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the store. Initial supplies include: dish soap, dish detergent, small washing machine powder, paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner & bar soap. (Like hotel but NOT restocked.)

No Smoking in this unit, there is a $500 fee for violating the smoking rule.
