This fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo also includes a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room and hallway bunks, comfortably accommodating families and groups.

• Pet registration through the guest registration system is required
• Pet sleeves are $50 each

• $55 resort fee includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for guests ages 13+
• Wristband replacement: $10
• Motorcycle parking: $55
• Trailer parking during Bike Week: $55
• Additional parking pass: $35
• Maximum of 2 parking passes per unit

• Guests must be 25 or older to book and stay
• Check-in: 4:00 PM CST | Check-out: 10:00 AM CST
• No smoking, vaping, or illicit drug use
• No party groups, college groups, or high school Spring Break groups
