Really!

$50 incidental fee per night with no microwave in the room, no closet space, no safe, no timely access to fresh towels, no place to take the trash, no ice machine on the floor, no shuttle to shopping or to the beach, and etc.! And a surprise power outage in the middle of the night!

Our stay went well. Be prepared to pay $150.00 upon arrival in order to cover "incidentals". They said a refund would be issued if we didn't damage or remove items from the room. Overall the room was clean and in very good condition. The floors are not carpeted, which is a plus, but they did need sweeping. The bathroom was clean and orderly. No closet, no drawers for storage. There was a small rounded bar with hangers for clothing, but no other storage except a shelf underneath the nightstands. Good parking near doorways was available. We parked at the back of hotel, near the pool area. The door there was very close to elevators so getting in and out was simple and quick.

Room service was not up to Hilton standards. Look at how many poor reviews they have and it was just built recently. 2 times, Wednesday and Saturday I asked for clean towels before leaving at 8am and both times they had not brought them up to room by 3pm. Saturday it took 10 hours to get clean towels. They are supposed to make bed every other day and they only made the bed 1 time(Thursday). I also ran out of shampoo and body wash, so they are not refilling the amenities like they are supposed to. I stayed 6 nights. Antoine the manager on duty said his priority was checking people in (at 3pm) instead of getting clean towels and amenities refilled after waiting 7 hours. I will never be back.

Good place to sleep - if you like hard beds.

New place in excellent condition, good location. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The lobby and foyer are excellent. The complimentary breakfast pretty good for a complimentary breakfast - if you want better, there are restaurants nearby. Major complaint was the room was small, King sized bed left little room to move and mattress super hard (for some might be good thing); I woke up each morning feeling as though I'd slept (didn't do much, because of bed) on a concrete slab. JMO. No closet, but found a couple hanger poles above the refrigerator (!!!???) hang your good clothes there. Only one chair, an office chair next to a tiny desk built in to the wall on same wall as TV. There was a bench but it was under the TV and also the only place to put our luggage - no closet. No real place to sit and relax at the end of the day unless you go to the lobby, which has a pool table! But this is not a room where you want to spend time, IMO. But, I supposed, considering this is Panama City Beach they don't expect folks to spend too much time in their rooms. I can't really say it's a bad place to stay, there are too many good points; but my wife and I are hovering at around 70 (maybe holding?) we don't live far from PCB , we love to get down there for frequent breaks and are always looking for a decent reasonable place to stay, if you like a firm - even hard bed - this is the place for you.

Every one here were kind and helpful. Rooms very clean. The beds were comfortable as well was clean and very warm. Breakfast was delicious. Kids and i enjoyed ourselves.
