They offered me a twin room when it was supposed to be a king bedroom. The room wasn't clean, a lots of crumbs and dust on the floor.The shower door wasn't clean but the main issue was the feces on the bottom of the toilet seat.They couldn't move me so i had to leave the following day.

I didn’t like that everything I went to get in the jacuzzi the water didn’t get hot only the bubbles came on, I asked a worker on the property and they told that the heated jacuzzi stopped at the certain time…. Ok, no problem…. I next time I went a little earlier, still no heat…. I tried calling the front desk, no one answered…. An employee was walking by the pool and I asked them about the heat and they texted someone and said, that someone will come up, no one came so I went back to the room…. This was my main and only problem, everything else was good….

Es lamentable que una cadena como Marriot permita que se ingresen prostitutas al hotel. es sumamente desagradable y es por eso que uno escoge una cadena prestigiosa para evitar estos inconvenientes. Mi estadía era más larga, pero mejor tome la decisión de retirarme a hotel hotel

The beds at this hotel were hard and very uncomfortable. We went upstairs to use the pool and it was full of paint chips. The hot tub was a murky yellow/gray color so we couldn’t even use that. All of the buildings around the hotel looked like a ghetto. It was scary to walk down the street at night. Never again would I stay at this hotel. It gives Westin a very bad name.

The rooftop pool and hot tub were extremely dirty. Would not even sit on the cushions they were so dirty. They advised rooftop drinks and pool but it didn’t happen. Rooms were not the cleanest either, floors were very scratched.

Terrible experience

I have rated terrible for every section on this review. I paid in full for two hotel rooms for four nights in December 2024 for our trip in February. On arrival after being awake and travelling for 19 hours we were told the reservation had been cancelled. No explanation, no apology just "we sent you an email, ring this number"
