This is a newly built property with modern loft style rooms. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant on ground level has a nice breakfast included that is made to order and the evening has a great menu. The building is divided between mixed residence and hotel with the pool in the second building (we didn't use). There is also a secure parking garage that is free of charge. The area has a couple of fine restaurants and about 1 km is an Italian market that has fantastic deli, cheese, meat, pasta and wine selections.

Nice pool. Very nice room. Unfortunately, we were charged for a loose door handle because we didn't report it when we first noticed it. Staff will benefit from some hospitality training.

Inadequate heating in the pool , poor customer service. No hot water in the shower. It was a terrible experience but it’s a nice place, hopefully with better management can offer outstanding services

This place is awful, i wont recommend you to stay at this place.. Couldnt get me in the room, key fogs didnt worked. They got me in finally and then resulted they key didnt work if i left the room when i tried to get in. Bad experience. There was couple of people in the looby complaining the hotel gave their room to somebody else and they couldnt check in. The receptionist inform us That one entire floor was out of service due to plumbing and electric issues. Pictures look good but the place is not what it looks. Save your money and stay at a different place.

My experience at Dovle Brandon Residence Panama was very disappointing. My reservation was not in the system despite proof of payment. After 30 minutes, I was given a room that was already occupied, and the next one was dirty, with an unemptied trash bin and unclean bathrooms. Although the hotel is modern and visually appealing, the service is extremely poor. On New Year’s Eve, just minutes before midnight, a rude security guard forced me to leave the terrace, contradicting what we were told at check-in and completely ruining the moment. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in years. To be fair, one manager later understood our frustration, apologized, and said she would address the issue. Still, it is unacceptable for security staff with such poor people skills to deal with guests. The hotel is beautiful, but it clearly needs to invest in its staff to match the experience its design promises.
