I booked a Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed, Sea View. The listing shows a bath tub but the room did not have it. The listing shows a sea view from angle looking hard left 90 degrees which is not a realistic angle to sit and see. Instead your view is directly at other buildings. Check is a complete mess. Registration on the 16th floor?! There were no signs to say where registration is in either the lobby or on the 16th floor. This rooftop pool... I was never able to find it. I did find a door for a pool, area but says it closed at 9pm! Registration never gave any information about the property, where things are, restaurants, nothing. I parked in the garage and at 530am I need to leave and this little ticket I got will not raise the gate. There is also nobody there in person. After pressing the button for help the gate lifted a few minutes later. Nice property and amenities but the room is also small and basic. The price is very top of the market for a very low level experience. Never again.

The scent in a hotel should create a welcoming atmosphere, but unfortunately, each floor here had an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a homeless environment. The rugs seemed to absorb the smell rather than enhance the ambiance. Additionally, the neighboring hotel was undergoing construction early in the morning, which added to the discomfort during our stay. It might be beneficial for this hotel to consider using essential oil diffusers or air fresheners to improve the overall fragrance and help create a more pleasant experience for guests.

This is at best a 2 star hotel. Not worth it. Book somewhere else for waaay cheaper. It will be better than this place. 1. Weeeeeird room outline. Bathroom walls are mare of old glass that does not shut properly and has 0 privacy. 2. Keys keep getting disabled. 3. Old and musty smell. 4. Paper thin walls. You can hear conversations. 5. Cleaning service did not come in the morning. Asked 4 times for room clean up service but front desk lied saying cleaning service was going “ahorita mismo”, meaning we left the room to give space twice, but every single time room was not cleaned. In the end, cleaning service came at almost 6pm. 6. Deteriorated room amenities. 5star hotel? Lmao. Check the pics for yourself and think twice before booking this place.
