We had a great room that was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the sofa bed's mattress was a bit springy. We only wish that was more firm. The hotel itself was well-managed. Breakfast was great! One of the best breakfasts we've had at a hotel. Many options for breakfast. The hotel is situated right next to a shopping mall which was very convenient. The shopping mall has a great food court which we used almost every day. The food options at the food court are rather great. We had a rental car and parking was available in the mall's underground parking. We had a great time at this hotel and in Panama overall. We recommend the Residence Inn.

check in was awful. Was told I had no reservation when I did, and had to book another hotel because the rate was double was I thought I booked for. We I return back to the US, I found out I actually had a reservation under a different name and was not able to get 1st night no-show fee refunded.

We had a large room. Friendly front desk staff. Excellent room attendants. The view from the pool and workout room was amazing. The lication was incredibly convenient to goid shopping and dining. Take Uber. The parking was tricky.
