Me and my husband loved staying there! Superb hotel beyond international standards! The staff was so friendly and attentive. The hotel is gorgeous! The pool is amazing and so is the spa. The property is in a convenient location. The room is a outdated.There's no quiet hours, there was a loud party at the hotel, lasted until 6:00a. The food at the restaurant is not good and the wait time to get your food is extensive, only to get your food and it's cold. Poor customer service in the Casino , no one could explain process to obtain pay cards or pay methods due to language barriers.
