Liked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
The room was clean and as pictured. The check-in process was a bit of a hassle. There were several people ahead of me and it would be easier if it was setup as a hotel lobby compared to staff that was onsite to provide access. Aside from that the process, the rest was seamless. If the check-in process was improved I would provide more stars. I was in a unit that Happened to be on a top floor that had a beautiful view of the city.
