Ok,so this place is decent, but not a 4 or 5 star. Lights don't work,phone didn't work, huge language barrier. Its outdated,the ocean is dirty,the water and the rubbish coming to shore every day. If you want a great experience on vacation try elsewhere. Food is not great either.

The staff is exceptional! From the room maids, to the staff at the restaurants, to the bar tenders, to the room service, to the pool guys - 5 star service!! The rooms and entire facility was always clean and modern! Be sure to rent a car if you don't get all-inclusive! Only advice is to have more activities engaging the people that want a bit of a "party" atmosphere during the day!

Just what we wanted for our short family getaway. A secluded property on a private beach with many swimming pools. The staff were delightful. And the hotel had many dining options to suit the different tastes of my family members. We rented a vehicle at the airport and enjoyed being able to come and go anytime with free parking at the property. Any minor issues we had were resolved very quickly, except one: never was able to connect to hotel wifi from our room.

Beautiful property close to 5th Ave and all transportation. Everyone was very attentive from front desk, concierge and staff. Breakfast Buffet was exceptional, everything was so delicious. The buffet view was breathtaking. I really can’t say one thing bad about the place. 10 stars all around.
