This property was horrible. The room was nice but the limited food service sucked. The NO entertainment was the worst. The Fuel place that serve sweet treats coffee hot tea etc was ok but for me it closed too early. There's literally nothing to do and you would think that their top priority would be entertainment, great food options, and late-night snacks. 24-hour service was the worst. I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy. Save your money.

This is my family vacation all the restaurants for dinner require an appointment the first day I got there I wanted to make an appointment for dinner for my family but I couldn't make an appointment on the app so I had to go see the staff to make an appointment because my family has 17 people I said if we can't sit together then we should split into two tables at the same time to eat together at the same time but they couldn't do it they said we could only make an appointment for 10 people I agreed but I said maybe they could add more chairs for the kids to sit with the adults so they could eat with us we just wanted to sit together she agreed but when we got to the restaurant the staff there refused to add more chairs not convenient if you go with a large family

My family loved it

This was a great hotel. Very clean. The room was great. Bed was comfy. It was roomy. The bathroom was spacious. The closet space was great. And our room attendant was awesome. She was in and our quickly and left our room very clean. She made sure we had plenty of towels and collected all of our dishes. The food was pretty good. We ate at the sushi restaurant, the italian and the steak. The steaks were ok. The pasta was good and the sushi was great. For all inclusive, it was better than alot. The buffet was good. Lots of options. They have made to order eggs and omelets in the morning. My daughter loved the crepe bar. And so many juice options. The strawberry was our favorite. We hit up the coffee restaurant every morning. My daughter discovered Frappuccino. They put ice cream in it. I don't drink coffee, but that was pretty darn good. We tried to go back for ice cream, but we never found them open during the afternoons or evenings. Guys Burgers was what I expected. Burgers, chicken strips and fries. It was nice to have an option right by the pool. The pool was nice, however I could have done without all of the games and talking on the microphone. It was a big pool and so refreshing. The beach was great. Lots of trees and seemed to be much cooler than at the pool with the ocean breeze. There are peddlers there trying to sell all of their stuff. I just ignored them. I would definitely stay here again. My family loved it.
