Nice boutique hotel in Tahiti

Had an overnight stay only starting around 3AM. Glad the check-in counter was available that late. Hotel is around 10min off the airport when driving late night. Would recommend for closeness to the city center and the port.

This hotel in definitely Galatea for money and ticks most boxes. If you catching a ferry or a cruise ship they are over the road, namely 100 to 250 metres away. Now for the crown for this hotel, most roof bars I have been to are generally just OK, this is superb, the vibe is there, the drinks and service are spot on, but the view is absolutely the very best. Watching the ferries or looking at the magnificent mountains or just enjoying the ambience is worth the visit.

I spent one night here prior to flying out of Papeete and it was a great choice. The room was huge, bed comfy, and the staff at reception very helpful. I had a very peaceful night's sleep. It's just across the street from the ferry terminal and very close to the cruise terminal. A quick taxi ride to the airport. The rooftop bar is a real gem for an evening drink (though I can't really recommend the food they serve there).

Comfortable and well situated

We arrived off of a cruise ship. The hotel is close to the pier and easy walking to the market and downtown. While our room wasn't ready, the staff were very helpful and stored our luggage. The room was huge and very comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant at the hotel--it was delicious. Only stayed for one night, but it exceeded expectations.

Hotel was well located, and accommodations were very nice and roomy for the price. Street-facing soundproofing was pretty effective. Rooftop (Reeftop) Bar was popular and front desk (Nils) was very helpful. My only minor issue was the single elevator that could be slow at busy times.

This hotel is within walking distance of cruise lines. We arrived several hours before check in; staff gave us access to a private patio area where we could relax. Great restaurant opened at 11:30; had an excellent lunch with great views. Hotel is within in walking distance of many shops and the well known Market. In the evening, we went to the 8th floor roof top for a drink before dinner. There was a live band and singer. We enjoyed the music and view so much, we ended up having pizza there; pizza was great. Definitely would stay there again.
