We understand that some businesses remain open with different access points but many of course are closed and also being refurbished. This can be normal for the time of year in terms of closures. We are not in control of the situation situation but understand there are strict deadlines for progress and completion. Full completion is expected at the end of April or early May at worst for finishing touches

Access to the 2 main and best beaches in the local area is still possible from the location of Villa Zara and there are other amenities close by. The works cannot be seen and are unlikely to be heard from this villa

VILLA ZARA - is conveniently located a short distance from the shops, bars and restaurants of the popular Coral Bay resort and about 10 minutes walk from the soft, sandy beach. The nearest bus stop on the route to Paphos is less than 5 minutes walk. Paphos is about 15 minutes drive to the east and the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula the same distance to the west.

The entrance hall leads to a large living space with comfortable seating for 6 people and a dining suite with seating for six. There is a TV with Premium Channels (details below) and CD/Radio/Cassette player. Wi-Fi is included in the rental rate

Two sets of sliding doors lead out to the terrace where there is a large patio table and six chairs. Steps lead to the garden and 8 x 4 pool which itself has Roman Steps for ease of access, loungers and umbrellas. There is off road parking and a built in barbecue.

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There is ample cupboard space and a downstairs cloakroom.

Upstairs are three well furnished, air conditioned bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom is a double with en-suite facilities and a balcony with sea and inland views. There are a further two twin rooms one of which has a balcony and the other has a double aspect to the coast and hills.

The property is serviced on a weekly basis and includes all linen and bathroom towels.

''It was modern, furnished nicely and it was clean and tidy. The owners made the villa feel homely.
The villa was situated in a quiet residential area with mainly families in the neighbouring properties. We did not need a car as we were close to the local amenities, beaches and restaurants.
We would highly recommend a taverna, Fegarri, which was less than a 5 minute walk from the villa. The food was delicious and the proprietor and staff were very friendly. They invited us to ask them any questions about Cyprus; places to go and things we could do, as it was our first visit.

Yes, definitely happy with your service, your responses were prompt and you were incredibly helpful.We had an issue which the local managers responded to within minutes and followed it up early the next morning.

''The Villa Zara was lovely. Had everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable and well maintained. The location was excellent. A 5 minute walk to the main coral bay strip with shops, bars and restaurants. Every restaurant, bar or shop we used were all excellent. Personal favourite restaurant was Andria's.

Would have no hesitation in booking through Letsrentonline again.Excellent service from start to finish. Clear instructions and directions given.Extremely satisfied.

''The villa was great and clean. The property was well located, close to the beach and all amenities. We recommend the San Marina restaurant, Sentiero by the sea (have a drink and watch the sunset), a special mention for the chocolate master of Platres.
We enjoyed a few hikes: Avakas Gorge, Waterfalls Trails and Caledonia Waterfalls (Platres).
Our favorite beaches: Coral bay, Polis beach, Nissi beach, Kourion beach.
And we were delighted with our boat trip rented from Watersport in Latchi

''Very nice Villa. Been maintained well in the 2 years since we were there. Rumor has it that the owner is going to add air-con downstairs, which would make it perfect. Love the location, which is why we keep returning. We would highly recommend- Siriani restaurant, Cleo's bar and the Kikos Sports Bar. Very happy with all service received. We are booked to come back already.. ''

''Thanks for the email! We had a wonderful stay. The villa was lovely. The location is great we have stayed in that little cul de sac 3 times now as the location is great, villa Zara so far is our favourite. We walked down to coral bay beach which is worth the walk, we also really enjoyed seriani and corallo restaurants, we found it strange that in some of the restaurants they served the children's meals then waited for them to finish before they served the adults - this would only make sense if you were to have starters. The service from yourselves has been amazing and you have been very quick to respond to any queries. We only briefly met the owners as we didn't encounter any issues but im sure these would have been sorted quickly if there was any. Thank you again for all your help, and also the taxi company you recommended were great! King Regards, Gemma .. ''

''The villa was excellent. It was the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in. We loved the outside space and pool which was great for cooling down in, as it was pretty hot every day. The location was absolutely perfect - a quiet street yet within easy walking distance of the town and restaurants.

We tried most of the restaurants on the strip. Our favourites were Feggaris (the closest to the Villa - their Food was good and relatively cheap and they were really friendly), Andria (a bit more up market and expensive), Oniro (spectacular location and a great sunset), Dirty Martinis (for great cocktails). We also enjoyed the Last Castle which was spectacular! Out trip to the Sterna Winery was also fun, where we had the free wine tasting. We bought several bottles which we enjoyed with barbecues back at the Villa.
Phillippos supermarket was very good also - well stocked with everything you could need.
We enjoyed looking round Paphos but we were generally disappointed with the beaches throughout Cyprus which tend to be small and rocky. We particularly enjoyed visiting The Tombs of the Kings and Omodos up in the mountains.

The service you provided was very good. Professional and efficient. Communications were answered promptly. The local managers were good - friendly and efficient. They kept the Villa looking nice and gave us tips on where we should visit.. ''

''We were extremely pleased with the villa and are hoping to book again next year. The property exceeded our expectations. It was large, clean and very well equipped.The location was ideal, near enough for an easy walk to restaurants and shops but set back enough to be quiet. Andria restaurant is great for a steak and palm grove does fantastic pizza.

Good communication and clear instructions from you. We did not actually see or hear from anyone locally but the midweek linen change happened as planned and the villa cleaned and spotless. ''

''Great. Well equipped, comfortable, no complaints. Perfect location, especially if you don’t want to hire a car. Lovely quiet street. Oniro by the Sea Taverna was amazing. Loved it and wished we had found it sooner as we would have gone back again. Phillipos supermarket was great, especially the free service to drive you and groceries back to your villa.

Great service from you. As someone who has worked in the residential lettings business for over 20 years, you guys were amazing. Great communication, especially given the lateness of our booking. Would definitely recommend you and would use you again. Only spoke with Louise and she was super helpful and really prompt in getting back to me. 100% better experience than the villa I hired in Portugal last year through a different company. No improvement required with the service. . ''


11 kilometres (15 minutes drive) to the West of Paphos and 3 kilometres below the friendly and picturesque, hillside village of Peyia is Coral Bay, the best natural (European Blue Flag) beach in the area. This is an established resort with many villas set apart from one another above a wide curve of dark golden sand. The summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze and the sea has a shallow margin where children may play safely. In the busier months, water sports on offer include pedaloes, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing.

Close by the Bay you will find large hotels, banks, shops, mini-markets (for provisions and souvenirs), bars, restaurants and street cafes for casual alfresco meals. There are tavernas and snack bars overlooking the sea and a large restaurant in the next bay which is open during the day. More tavernas and local shops are just a short drive away.
