Villa Maria has been redecorated recently. Offering 3 bedrooms this villa offers spacious accommodation with a wrap around garden and just 150 meters from the sea! Three bedrooms upstairs; the master bedroom with king sized bed is well proportioned and offers ample storage and fantastic sea views.
There is a second double bedroom with sea views, a third twin room and a good sized family bathroom. There is space for cots in any of the bedrooms.

Downstairs is open plan with kitchen, dining area and a comfy lounge with guest bathroom. No expense has been spared on the living room entertainment; large flat screen TV with surround sound, Blu ray and an excellent multi language satellite service. Patio doors open out to the pool area and there is now a further patio door giving access to the shaded eating area with sea views.
Outside

A nice private garden that wraps around the villa, so you can be sure to catch the sun anytime of day! Plenty of space and a large Cypriot style stone built BBQ which is great for cooking outside. There is a bolted gate to ensure you control access to the garden from the quiet cul du sac and sea views. There is a new large gazebo with sea view that is the length of the villa and provides shade for the play area and outside dining.
If you need it, we provide fencing across one section of the garden to create a toddler play area with play house and toys in front of the pool so one of the patio doors has access to it. This means you can leave the patio doors open so toddlers can play inside or outside in the fenced area away from the pool. The pool is 8 x 3.5 metres and the area around has a new non-slip pebble effect surface which is super safe for little ones and looks amazing. There's outside dining for 6 people on the large covered terrace with additional shaded area pool side with attractive garden lighting if you like sitting outside late in the evening.

Although plenty of street parking is available there is a driveway if you would like to park the car in the villa grounds.
