The towels and bedsheets had stains on them. The pillows were old and the inside material was shredded and barely formed a pillow. There were ants in the bathroom and dirt throughout the room. There was also dirt and grime on the walls. There’s a good chance I got food poisoning from the breakfast, and was sick for the duration of my trip. The only upside was that the staff were friendly. We stayed during Carnival, so the rate was marked up high around $180 USD, so I’m confused how at this price they aren’t able to provide clean sheets and new pillows.

A relaxed break from our travels.

Our stay was excellent we only planned to stay for a few days but we have been staying here for a month. The room we had was great a sitting room and seperate bedroom and bathroom. The atmosphere in the hotel is great everybody is friendly and helpful. We have been sitting in the lounge in and outside todo some work. The whole complex looks great swimming pool surrounded with palm trees and plants. The games room is nice . The breakfast are fantastic every day. Great parking place. Walking distance to restaurants and the historic city.

Nice hotel, close to the historic downtown

Nice hotel, close to the historic downtown, and the city boundaries. We've enjoyed a lot the swimming pool, and had made many friends during the stay.

Great staff, terrible room!

The staff was great both at the front desk and the bar. Had a nice pool and excellent bar, really cheap and excellent food and drinks. The rooms however (we tried 2 different rooms) were terrible, they reeked of mold, the shower was either way too hot or way too cold. The rooms were also incredibly small.

Nice little place, great location.

Great little place 5 minute walk to (main centre for restaurants/bars/boat taxi/dock). Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Diária alta, qualidade baixa.

Ficamos em um quarto mega pequeno. Cama era excelente, queen, firme, roupa de cama cheirosa, sem queixas sobre isso. A questão era tv, não se via nada, totalmente com chuviscos. Banheiro deixou muito a desejar, box quadrado pequeno, ducha fraca, ducha higiênica não recolocaram e pior, para usar o assento sanitário só sentando de lado! E olha que eu só tenho 1,62mt! Um horror! A pia impede o acesso correto. Café da manhã tranquilo. As 2 jacuzzis e as piscinas são “climatizadas”, ou seja, frias, Inclusive as privativas. Pegamos muita chuva na hospedagem e era impossível desfrutar delas. Ao menos as jacuzzis deveriam ser aquecidas, ponto negativo. Havia muita infiltração e mofo no teto, porta do armário estufada e porta do banheiro não fechava por conta do inchaço. Lateral do blindex muita sujeira por falta de limpeza entre o vidro e parede. Agora pasmem, não havia tomada no quarto, aliás, uma, que estava ocupada com o frigobar. Com uma diária tão cara essas questões eram o mínimo.

Péssima!

1. não havia roupas de cama, toalhas ou papel higiênico, e tivemos que buscar esses itens na recepção. 2. piscina privativa e todo o quarto estavam sujos. 3. paredes com sujeira e bolor, e cortinas em péssimo estado de conservação. 4. não havia cartão magnético para abrir a porta, pois a pousada perdeu, então funcionava com uma chave que frequentemente emperrava (não abrindo ou trancando), dificultando o acesso e comprometendo a segurança. 5. Itens quebrados no quarto: • Porta do banheiro; • Lixeira do banheiro; • Interruptor do chuveiro; • Registro da descarga. 6. o maquinário da piscina privativa estava exposto, oferecendo risco de acidentes, já que o mesmo era na escada de acesso à piscina. 7. A comunicação com a recepção só era feita via WhatsApp, pois não havia interfone no quarto. • Durante nossa estadia, houve uma briga entre hóspedes no meio da madrugada, próxima ao nosso quarto. Enviei mensagens para a recepção para que tomassem providências, mas mesmo sendo 24 horas, nunca recebi retorno. Inclusive, ao verificar a recepção pelo quarto, constatei que não havia nenhum funcionário presente no local. 8. No restaurante faltava tudo. 9. Café da manhã lotado e muito lento 10. 1600 a diária para essa decepção?! Não condiz
