The hotel has been refurbished but the air con/heating system is old and not flexible for modern use. The hotel was so hot that we couldn’t sleep for the first night. The fans provided were also old and too noisy to use. A solution was found for the rest of the stay but only after a lot of complaints. Otherwise it is very child friendly so there are a lot of children staying. It is convenient for Disney with a shuttle bus running every 15 minutes. Not a hotel for couples or adult travellers.

Misrepresented

Breakfast was a scrum and very limited repetitive options. Terrible coffee. Rooms are nowhere near the standard the lobby tries to portray - it’s just a hook. Far too basic for the money charged. And one od the most infuriating parts was being charged for parking when the hotel itself doesn’t charge for parking. I will be making a claim for this

Amazing welcome and very clean and refreshing every time we walked in. Food was great for breakfast and dinner. Rooms were very warm and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat but the windows opened fully. Bathrooms a little dated. Bedrooms light, airy, clean and well maintained. Pool small but great for kids with a slide and shallow areas. Really easy shuttle service to Disneyland where there is also a train station with trains into Paris and the airport etc. The shuttle is every 20 minutes in the morning and evening, every 40 through the day. It’s very difficult to get on the shuttle in the evening because it’s so busy. There are taxis that will take you back. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

This is a beautiful castle like hotel just minutes from Disney Paris. Our grandchildren had almost as much fun in the hotel as they did at Disney Paris. The hotels strikes a reasonable balance between catering to children and adults. We took our 5 & 9 year old grandchildren and we all enjoyed and appreciated the hotel and its very capable staff. We highly recommend the Dream Castle Hotel.

Comfiest beds ever!

Our whole family of 17 stayed, all mentioned how comfy the beds were. Great bus service into Disney. Great swimming pool.

This property would have gotten a straight 5 if it wasn’t for the staff friendliness or welcoming. I strive of the first impression and it wasn’t it. It’s a shame, it is a beautiful property. I use to work for hotels and at the least a good morning or please let me know what I can do to make your stay pleasant? I think I had more welcome from the Disneyland Hotel staff and I wasn’t staying there.

Hotel staff are not friendly, not sure if this how it is in France. Hotel prices are terrible high, soda outside price is 2.20 Euros and the hotel charges 5.50. Basic lunch for 4 people close to 150 euros. Insane high prices.

Nice enough - be aware of parking charge!

Stay was fine. Rooms are tired. The shuttle busses were good but got bus on way back from Disney. I should have read the small print so my fault, but be aware they charge €17 a day for parking. Quite a lot to factor in if you are staying for a few days.

The Hotel have very welcoming vibes. Clean and elegant reception area. When Im outside the terrace I have the feeling that I’m in the real Castle. The layout and the design match with Disneyland theme. The breakfast buffet is the best. The food they serve is more than I expected. Coffee and Juices machine is awesome. And lastly the staffs are friendly and great. So I’ll give them 5/5. I will definitely recommend them.
