The location can't be beat. The staffs were kind and professional. One issue we had was that someone was smoking below our window - which happened to be right above the entrance of the hotel lobby. They should have a sign prohibit smoking right in front of the hotel. In addition, the elevator is PAINFULLY slow. Especially during the check out hours when the cleaning crew and guests are all trying to use the elevator. Over all, it's a very nice and clean hotel with great staff. I hope we will get a room with a better view next time.

A great location close to Notre Dame, the Seine and universities and right on the Metro.. Clean, very nice breakfasts and pleasant and helpful staff. William was especially helpful on a couple of occasions.

A month long vacation coming to an end. The hotel is clean, updated and staffed 24/7. Great location to just about all the main sights. Restaurants, markets all within walking distance. The room was clean, bed comfortable and the television worked.

This is a beautiful property located in the heart of the Latin Quarter right on Saint Germaine. Dining and food options all around. Close to markets and grocery. Two blocks from the metro and a brief two blocks from the Seine. Air conditioning was crisp and COLD. So appreciated after a long day of touring. Reception staff are friendly and helpful.
