Tämä viehättävä huoneisto sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla Pariisin sydämessä, ja sitä ympäröivät kauneimmat pariisilaiset monumentit. Olet vain 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Jardins des Tuileries, Place Vendôme ja vain 10 minuutin päässä Louvre ja Galeries Lafayette.

Aitoja paikallisia kahviloita, ravintoloita, kauppoja ympäröi huoneisto ja vain 2 kadun päässä Rue de Rivoli ja Concorde, vakuuttaa, että olet lähellä kaikkea ja voi liikkua helposti kaikkialla Pariisissa on tarjota.

Lähistöllä on 2 metroasemaa, jotka ovat Pyramid-metroasema (3 minuutin kävelymatka) tai Tuileries-metroasema (5 minuutin kävelymatka). Asunto sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa (kolmas amerikkalaisten standardien mukaan) ja siinä on korkeudeltaan 11 metrin korkeat katot, upeat alkuperäiset puupalkit, parkettilattiat, takka, moderni täysin varustettu keittiö ja iso yhdistetty olohuone / ruokailutila. Tämä "vanhan maailman tunnelma" 1700-luvun asunto kauniit näkymät mahtuu 6 henkeä ja on hämmästyttävän hiljainen!
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Opéra Garnier. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden yleisissä tiloissa ja pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Charming but sometimes noisy

Amazing location in a lively area with lots of shops and restaurants. The unit is spacious and has thoughtful amenities, such as a cart for grocery shopping. The one drawback is that there is a nursery school next-door so there are a little kids playing and shrieking from 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday.

This apartment was perfectly located by the Louvre. It was clean, easy to access, had 2 main locks to get in the building. We felt safe, secure, and happy. Resturants and shopping within feet of the building. We could not have been happier with our choice to stay here.

Great location!

Loved our time at this apartment. It was our first trip to Paris and the location was great ~ easy to walk to so many places and also easy access to the metro. My daughters loved sleeping in the loft. I was worried about the heat, but when we’d open the windows there was a lovely cross breeze and when we’d close them at night there were plenty of fans available for us to use. We would definitely stay here again on future Paris visits!

Absolutely Perfect!

I couldn’t of asked for a better location! I was greeted by Bridgette and she was lively and informative. Before the trip Lisa gave me a list of local restaurants and more to make my stay even more enjoyable! Everything was perfect (even the sheets and pillows) and as I said you can’t beat the location!!! Thank you!! We will be back!

Amazing apartment with a great location!

Our family of 5 loved this charming apartment! It's in a fantastic location - steps from the Tuileries Gardens and the Louvre. The Metro is easily accessible and there are heaps of cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay easy - fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and several guide books with great info about Paris!

Perfect location

The flat was perfect for our family. It was bright with it's huge, beautiful windows. The apartment manager met us when we arrived and did a walk through of everything we needed to know, and she was kind enough to answer questions via text throughout the week about the area. The location is perfect to walk or jump on the metro.

Sehr gute Lage, schön zentral, dennoch nachts ruhig. Küche wird scheinbar nicht so oft genutzt (Oberflächen u.ä. waren staubig). Insgesamt aber nette Wohnung, die Kinder waren begeistert von ihrem „Zimmer“ über der Küche. Empfang und Betreuung sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Great location and apartment!

This is the best apartment! The location is amazing with the fun shops and restaurants. Definitely go to Marché saint honore. It’s a cute little outdoor restaurant area. And we found an amazing Japanese noodles place called Sanukiya close to the apartment. The apartment was clean and roomy. It was in good shape and the owners made sure we had toiletries and nespresso pods for the machine. It was perfect!

A true Parisian Experience

Beautiful walk up apartment on a quiet street (a school next door - I hear the kids laughing and having fun on and off). Everything you need is in the apartment. We cooked three dinners, bought food from two small grocery shops 5 minutes walk away. Lots of cool Japanese restaurants on this street but did not try as my kids wanted to make meals. Great host and the apartment is super clean, comfortable and just lovely! 6 of us in our party. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful apartment. Will be back. fary and greg

A wonderful place to stay in Paris!

My wife and inlaws stayed here for two nights, and absolutely loved it. The location is superb, the accommodations were very comfortable, and the owners were incredibly helpful and thorough in their orientation to the property. Great location and comfortable stay

The apartment was located in a great area. Close to shopping, sights yet just off the main roads so nights were quite and there was limited traffic. The host ensured we have great communication and easy transfer of keys. Even reaching out before check in time to let us know we could drop bags and get keys early. We had six (4 adults and 2 kids). The loft was great for the kids may have been a tight fit for full size adults but fine for sleeping. The big windows helped bring in the fresh air and having a washer was great as we were on the second half of a multi leg trip. It was in the middle of a heat wave but the fans and big windows helped keep the apartment cool if you are use to Europe’s summer no A/C weather you will have no issues. It was a little hard for our guests and kids as it was their first trip to Europe but they adjusted fine and didn’t think it was too hot. Only issue was the breaker tripped over night and we couldn’t determine how to rest the water heater. It was our last night and only impacted one of the guest (ran out of hot water). But wasn’t worth having them come fix it as we had an early train the next morning. Host was quick to reply to us, we were just checking out anyway. Would recommend for couples, families or close friends. Only one bathroom which wasn’t an issue for us as were all family but might have been tight for 6 adults. Cafes are close by but also great spot to grab food and cook and have a meal with windows open - feel like a local. Will rent again.

Great location in Paris near Louvre

We had a great time in Paris. This apartment is 2 blocks from the Louvre and a nice walk from Montmartre with wonderful restaurants around the corner and a nearby supermarche. I enjoy cooking breakfast in and there was a large fridge, espresso maker/french press and all the pans/dishes/utensils we needed. The apartment was clean and all our needs were supplied. Only thing to consider is there can be late night or early morning noise, but that is to be expected being in the heart of the city. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate Gaelle meeting us promptly and getting back to us with any questions/concerns. We would certainly go back (and did since we flew into Paris and had to leave Europe via Paris).

Perfect in every way

This flat has it all. Location. Space. Comfort. Amenities. Charm. The owners have thought of everything one could need, down to plug adaptors. Near the Louvre and Opera House. Close to metro. Great outdoor cafe square just around the corner. Patricia met us at the apartment and gave us a tour and advice on where to go to get groceries, coffee, etc. Loved it. Will return on our next trip to Paris!

Charming and comfortable apartment in great location to maximize your Paris experience

Our family of 4 had a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful apartment. Our daughters, ages 10 and 12, loved their retreat in the loft upstairs and their very comfortable beds. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with no issues. We were very appreciative of the 2 fans that were already in the unit (Paris temps were high during our stay). It was quiet in the apartment even though there were lots of amenities footsteps away from our door (shopping, groceries, cafes, Louvre, metro, etc). You will not regret your stay in this beautiful apartment!

Lovely accommadation in central Paris

The apartment was well appointed and as described. Located in central Paris it is only a 10-15 minute walk to Louvre and very close to public transport. Patricia, the property manager, met us at the apartment, reviewed all the amenities and kindly answered our questions. I would highly recommend this apartment.
