In a central district, close to shops and transports, this apartment will be the perfect choice in order to visit the city of lovers.
This charming apartment is situated on the 3rd floor without elevator, consists of a cozy living space of 40 sq. m and includes :
- a cozy and bright living room,
- a bedroom with king-size bed (180 cm),
- a bathroom with shower,
- a well-equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV and Wi-Fi.
Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
→ A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo

You will also be able to stroll along Saint Martin canal, one of the favorite places from Parisian people to meet and chill, especially on the nice days, or to join bu foot the Marais, Montorgueuil district, Montmartre as well as Notre-Dame. You will just need a metro ride to join the historic center, Père Lachaise cemetery, the Place de la Bastille, and also Champs-Elysées, the Eiffel Tower and all the most famous monuments that have made Paris' fame and contribute to making it the most beautiful city of the world.
