Very basic for the price we paid.

Rooms were spacious but accessing apartment was horrible. When we requested the room we wanted a downstair apartment as my wife had mobility issues. They gave us 4th floor apartment as they did not have downstairs apartment available. And they did not have any elevator. The apartment is not in the same building where we checked in. We had to walk around the block to enter the apartment. They did not have AC and it was so hot. They gave us only two really rough towels and no soap or shampoo were available. Luckily the apartment was decently clean. We ended up staying only one night, while we paid for five nights.

It would be more comfortable if the toilet was in the room. It felt weird to sit on the commode in a tiny space the size of an old public telephone booth.

Lacking essential amenities

I was not provided minimum necessities such as hand soap for the sink, towel for the shower, or adequate bedding materials, and when asked about these missing items, the staff gave me rental options for some of them. Daily lock-out period where your room is unavailable from 11-3pm. Wifi internet is slow and uses a clunky sign-on user flow instead of a user/password login. Good location near metro and landmarks.

Terrible, They didn’t had hot water even I complain about it, neither heating. I almost got sick, and they don’t do the cleaning well, they just check out your things instead of clean the room. Good location

This is a hostel, but even if you book a single room like I did, the place has a very STRANGE policy in which all guests have to check out every morning and leave the room EVERY morning, even if you stay for 5 nights like I did, you have to check out EVERY morning and stay away from the room for 3-4 hours. It is crazy, I’ve never seen anything like this before...

Avoid this place at all costs. The comforter smelled, the hot water lasted for 45 seconds and then went to frigid cold. The “breakfast” consists of a piece of bread and a few condiments (butter and jam) no hot food items. I had a room by the elevator and had to listen to the sounds all night. Being forced to leave the room from 11 AM to 3PM is RIDICULOUS. How much does your housekeeping ACTUALLY do in stayovrr rooms?? They certainly do not wash the comforters. €3 per towel rental, €.20 for everything extra at breakfast including JUICE. Then being forced to leave the key at the reception and you MUST keep your receipt on your body to retrieve the key when you are allowed to go back to the hotel at 3PM. Never again.

You get what you pay for. Space, comfort, cleanliness are wanting but ok for a night or two of just sleep. Many rules. Annoying key return and pick up to come and go. With hit or miss staff.
