The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 and tastefully decorated by a French interior designer, who was able to create a luxurious and modern suite while retaining the spirit of the old Marais apartments.

It is composed of a large, quiet and bright living room (4 with windows overlooking a very quiet street) with a dining room and a lounge area. To the side of the dining room we find a bar with a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a window: microwave, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, pots, cutlery, crockery, wine glasses... The ideal space to try French gastronomy, cook your favorite dishes and delight your guests!

On the other side of the 18th century beams, you will find a bedroom with a large bed equipped with comfortable bedding and bedside tables with reading lights. An office area is also equipped with an unlimited high-speed wifi network (optical fiber) available throughout the apartment.

Next to the bedroom is a large bathroom equipped with a large shower to recover and relax from the hectic days of Parisian life. There you will find a large mirror, a towel dryer, towels, a hair dryer, a toilet, quality shower gel and shampoo so that you don't miss anything! Also, there is access to a long laundry room with a large dressing room and a washing machine.

The total area of the apartment is 37 m²/400 ft². All windows are equipped with double glazing ensuring sound insulation.

The apartment is ideally located in the historic heart of Paris. Accessible by metro at the Hôtel de Ville (line 1), Hôtel de Ville/Rambuteau (line 11), Châtelet (line 14, rer A, rer B...) stops. Many buses and bike stations are also nearby and allow you to quickly get to the major train stations in Paris. You are only a few minutes walk from the city's major monuments and other tourist attractions!

Le Marais being in my opinion the best district of the city, I live there too! I will obviously be reachable throughout the stay and physically available if necessary.

The apartment is in a secure building, accessible only by badge and digital code. The apartment is equipped with an intercom. Mail is received in an individual locked mailbox.
