Amazing

What a beautiful Hotel. All the staff are amazing. Couldn’t be more friendly. Hotel security checks make you feel safe. Located very close to Disneyland. Fast efficient FREE bus service. Early morning bag drop sp you can head straight to the parks. We will definitely be returning on our next trip.

We had an amazing stay at the Disney Newport Bay Hotel within walking distance to Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The interior decor in the rooms looked dated (two superior rooms were booked for this stay) and could be cleaner.

Stayed here on a room only basis for 5 nights. A short stroll to the park entrances and a variety of shops and restaurants to chose from on the way. The hotel room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom was spotless with a very powerful shower over the bath. The bed was very comfortable and our room was in a very quiet part of the hotel. Facilities within the hotel were great and the indoor/outdoor swimming pool was available if you needed a break from the parks. Overall we had a very great stay at this hotel and the staff were attentive and pleasant every time we interacted with them.

Staff walking into room whilst we were getting ready. Room smelled of BO. Had to queue and check in twice due to late text messaging of room number. Lock on bathroom door was broken. Overpriced restaurant. Luggage room is too far away from reception.

I had high hopes for Disney’s Newport Bay Club, but sadly it was the most disappointing part of our Paris trip. I booked this hotel specifically to give my 9-year-old daughter a magical final day in Paris — ending with the Disneyland fireworks and then enjoying the hotel pool the next morning before our late flight. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to use the pool after check-out, something that was never mentioned during check-in or in any emails. My daughter was excited and ready to swim, but staff at the pool refused us access. The manager offered no empathy, wouldn’t even provide his name, and said, “You should’ve come earlier.” Not the Disney service I expected. Between the exhausting check-in process, long lines, constant security checks, room not being ready after a long park day, and now this — it was not worth the premium price. There wasn’t even a fridge in the room. For the money spent, I expected more. I do not recommend this hotel. Disney magic was nowhere to be found.
