Clean and tidy budget hotel

Positives: Rooms were clean, Bed was comfortable, water hot, TV, staff helpful, central location, reasonably priced. Downsides: Basic facilities, decor dated. Overall: Perfect for a short stay of you are out all day sightseeing. Would recommend.

Fantastic location for Gare de Lyon

Friendly staff, great location on lovely tree lined quiet street with lots of cafes close by. Rooms are minimalist but have everything you need. Very close to Gare de Lyon fantastic for early departures

Small and Friendly

The room was a little smaller than I had expected from the website but the location was fantastic (close to two metro stations, Gare de Lyon, Bastille, and central Paris) and the people there were very nice and accommodating.

Good bargain near the Gare-de-Lyon train station

The hotel is only a few minutes on foot from the Gare-de-Lyon train station and it's pretty cheap compared to the other hotels around. That would be the main asset of the hotel.

Convenient location and cheap

The rooms are tiny and equipped very minimally but clean. Some quirks like a not-quite-long-enough shower curtain! A minute's walk from the metro in a relatively quiet street, and cheap for Paris. Staff friendly and helpful.

Clean budget hotel in good location

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and walkable to Gare de Lyon for those that may need to continue onwards with train travel. The breakfast was standard continental stuff. The clerks staffing the desk spoke good English and were helpful. Room was pretty new and clean. My window faced the side of another building but I wasn't expecting to get nice views nor did I want to pay for them. I felt safe coming back alone at night from the metro. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Nice hotel in quiet street

We were welcomed and had a good room on the first floor. We didn't have breakfast there (we thought it was a bit expensive for what it offered) but we were in walking distance of many eateries. Nice area of Paris, quiet and interesting. Clean room and comfortable bed. A good stay all round and we would go there again.

Two night break

The room was excellent value for money and ideal for a short stay . We enjoyed the neighbourhood especially the nearby local market and the pedestrian pathway on an old railway route.

Good location, very helpful English speaking staff

Very helpful, English speaking staff, two staff members helped us by making phone calls to our French speaking shuttle bus company, making our trip more relaxing. The room was a modest size and good value for what we paid. The bed was very comfortable with lovely plump pillows, and the bathroom was modern and spacious with a very good shower. My only complaint about the room is that the TV was not at a good angle to see when laying down in bed, but this was not a big issue as we were seldom in our room. My only other fault to our stay was that they only had one hairdryer at the hotel, due to their second one being stolen, meaning we had to wait for it to become available. Close to many shops and restaurants, as well as being a five minute walk to Gare de Lyon, one of the mainline railway stations in Paris.

A perfect stay!

A perfect 10 all around! Price was perfect for this hot l in this great area, near everything. A 15 minute walking distance to the Bastille area, a major attractions and metro hub. A metro line is only a 3 minute walk from the hotel, and from there you can make all the conexions. There are two supermarkets only 3 minutes from the hotel, as well as many bars and restaurants.

Amazing friendly Cosy hotel

We were very impressed how welcome you feel at the hotel.We were allowed to get into the room before the check in time, also we could use the kitchen facilities downstairs.You honestly feel as you are treated very special. Few min walk from the tube which takes you straight to the city centre.
