Me and my wife were early on arrival and being hopeful hoped we could check in a bit earlier due to terrible weather conditions. Soaked through went to reception desk and wasn’t even greeted with a bonjour. Not much conversation occurred and unfortunately wasn’t able to check in. During the stay we didn’t have any further conversation (strange). Room was small but adequate, don’t want to be rude but want to be honest.

Our stay was for 4 nights. Upon getting to Hotel greeted by friendly staff who advised that the elevator did not go to the first floor which was 1 above. Our room was on that floor so had to carry suitcases up a flight. Upon entering the room it was very small. The bathroom had a very small sink and unfortunately it made it very difficult to wash in and not get water everywhere. The shower also did not drain properly and that led to water all over the bathroom floor. The room was very clean and looked nice. No place for opened up luggage as it just took up to much space. No amenities accept for a kettle. No fridge or mini bar. We were in a great location. 5 min walking from the Eiffel Tower. Numerous cafes and restaurants close by. We had the free breakfast, however not a huge amount of options for the extra cost. Staff were really nice.

The staff was super friendly! It was a cute little hotel in the middle of Paris and the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadéro was walkable! Great food options around the hotel without breaking the bank! The rooms are a little small but I was not expecting a US sized room.

The staff was AMAZING! They were so helpful and kind, answering questions and helping book my cab. The room was clean and the refreshed daily. The breakfast was simple but delicious. And the area was PERFECT! Just a 10 min walk to see the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of several bus lines and the Metro as well as numerous shops and cafes.
