A fantastic midrange hotel in an ideal location not far from the Arc de Triomphe. It’s not fancy but it’s clean, well managed, and in a charming neighborhood. The staff are absolutely wonderful! I enjoyed this hotel so much, I’ve already booked another stay. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel and perfect location on a small quiet street – it’s just a few steps from Argentine station and less than a five minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe which makes navigation easy. Room was clean and comfortable, very safe, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I can’t wait to visit Paris again, and when I do I will 100% be rebooking at l’Hôtel Fertel Etoile! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality :)

Wonderful hotel

My husband and I had a lovely stay here while visiting Paris. Communication with the hotel was wonderful- I had several questions prior to arrving, difficulty with my credit card going through, and an unexpected late arrival. The staff was prompt and thorough getting back to me and helping me solve my issues. The room was comfortable, the front desk staff very friednly and accomodating, and the breakfast was woonderful. I loved the location right near a Metro stop but still in a quiet street.

The place is really quite. I can not hear hardly any noises and the hotel is very close to the downtown so that many hot spots for the tourist is in working distance. Even thoug your destination can not be reached on foor, a subway station is just around coner. Only one thing that I am not satisfied is that the hotel is not spacious.

Good hotel but checkin was a bad experience because the guy checking me in sent me to the wrong room and didn’t even care. Definitely something not to deal with after 10 hour flight. Breakfast was ok expected a lot more
