Room was clean and staff friendly but surely hotel could have provided a more decent piece of soap for the price paid, and some fruits and/or salads etc for the full breakfast which was somewhat pathetic. Hotel wanted to charge for the bottle of water in the room (which was not in the fridge with other chargeable drinks) which I feel not right and which I’m sure many guests may have unknowingly thought was included in the room.

Excellent location 3 minutes walk to Notre Dame and easily walkable to many neighborhoods. Staff are friendly and helpful and speak English. Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast is small mostly pastries and hot drinks but pleasant.

A lovely, small hotel in an incredibly central location. Our room at the front of the hotel had a great view of the Eglise Saint-Severin across the street. Staff were very friendly and helped us book dinner reservations. Would happily stay here again.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Notre Dame and the Luxembourg gardens. The room is clean, breakfast is nice and the staff is amazing. They are so kind and amenable about having rooms ready and storing luggage. I met other guests who only stay at this hotel when they are in Paris.

The hotel is in an excellent location but very touristy. We had a fourth floor room which was small but had an excellent view of the church across the street, and a peek a boo view of the Eiffel Tower, room 402. Breakfast was alright but nothing to write home about. One disappointing thing was the front door/lobby staff. The young lady who assisted was amazing and helpful, the second older lady was continually rude and inhospitable every time we had to enter or leave the hotel. If you are going to work the front door there is a level of customer service which is expected, possibly the worst host we have ever encountered. A simple hello or goodbye goes a long way, and if someone asks for toilet paper do not interrogate them about why it is needed.

The hotel is conveniently located and has a lovely view of a gothic church. The staff was exceptional (especially the night desk managers.)The room was clean and relatively spacious with plenty of room around the twin beds. The shower had wonderful water pressure and hot water. Also wonderful was the sweet lobby. We will absolutely stay again.

The location is fantastic and right in the heart of the latin quarter. Service was very friendly and although we didn't have breakfast whilst waiting for my friend to get ready the lovely lady at the front desk brought me over a coffee and a croissant. The hotel itself is small and not the most modern but it's well taken care of and to be in that part of Paris it was hard to beat.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with convenient access to many popular tourist attractions. The reception staff were courteous and welcoming, and kindly offered our children some Halloween treats, which they truly enjoyed. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with plenty of storage space, making it easy to organize our belongings. We would be pleased to stay here again on a future visit.

The location was great but lots of street noise at night because you have to crack the windows open. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Providing some shampoo, conditioner and lotion would have been nice.
