I did really like the service of Chady (Sp?) and Ana. Very Friendly. I just did not like my room or the are the hotel is located. The "Bathtub/Shower" was hard to get In and out of with no pull bar for leverage. The room itself is comparable to most 3 star hotels I have stayed and the area around the Hotel is not very nice or convenient to any main attractions.

The staff was exceptional. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The room was small as expected but the bathtub shower was weirdly set up. God forbid someone had any physical limitation as they would be very challenged getting in and out of the shower.

The staff ‘made this property special. They are welcoming and genuinely interested in how to ensure your comfort . The lobby snacks are also a nice touch . The lift is a little slow and data connectivity is sporadic But we would stay again , its a great place.

The hotel was clean and light and all the staff were friendly. We booked two single rooms and they were bright and spacious with full size double beds. The hotel is close to two Metro stops, which meant getting around the sights was easy. We particularly liked the free drinks and snacks in the foyer. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was unaccommodating to the issues that arose before the booking and never made any concessions for their mis-communications. ie we were told the breakfast was included when we checked in and it was not. I assumed they were comping it since they didn't communicate with me via email prior to the stay about the price that was $500 more than currently on their site. This hotel is not worth more than $250/night and we paid $375/night. What a racquet!
