Very Satisfied hotel

It was amazing trip stayed 2 nights. Very friendly of front desk service and lobby were so lovely, the room was clean and comfortable pillows and bed. Even space not big but really good enough. Room cleaning service also wonderful, fold our pajamas properly 😊 Definitely will stay again if next time to Paris.

RUN and don’t book this hotel if you want to enjoy your vacation!! I seldom write reviews and waited a month as I wanted to make sure I provided an accurate review versus an emotional review. This hotel is the dirtiest and unsafe hotel I have ever stayed at. There is an old stinky musty smell throughout the hotel. My bed had hair on it and entrance door to my hotel room would not lock. The air conditioner barely worked so I informed the hotel attendant and she originally told me they had no other rooms available. I called Expedia and only then hotel attendant suddenly had one room left. She took me to the first floor and showed me an even dirtier room. I was willing to stay a night and requested reimbursement for the rest of my stay. The hotel refused and said they wouldn’t reimburse my money even after how terrible their hotel room was. Again, run from this place and do not book this hotel if you want to have a nice vacation. WORSE hotel ever!!

I traveled with my friend and had a lovely, cozy stay right in the heart of Paris. The location is within walking distance of many popular tourist attractions. There are plenty of Asian restaurants nearby, along with excellent bubble tea shops and charming Japanese bakeries. The staff was amazing—very friendly and accommodating.

Charming boutique like hotel

This is a small old boutique like hotel staffed with the nicest people who were so helpful. Guests sitting in the lobby were there to just talk to the receptionist or each other as if they were long lost friends. That was the atmosphere - friendly and comfortable. Something you don't get in other hotels. We were in a room for 3 and both triples are on the top floor. Which meant that the elevator only went to the 4th floor and we had to go up a flight. They helped with bags so it wasn't an issue. Surprise - room 51 has a small balcony overlooking Sacre Coeur!!! Magic! It was remodeled - bathroom was clean, everything worked, 2 sinks. Beds were great and a/c worked beautifully. No noise from outside at night. Location was perfect - walking distance to bistros, metro, in the heart of shopping by the Opera and easy walk to the Louvre. Loved this experience - def not a chain hotel. A special thank you to Moun at the hotel - she advised us on Uber v taxi (depends on where you're going!) and even offered to make us to go sandwiches on a Sunday when a lot was closed if we got her the baguette bc she wanted it to be fresh! Told us the best bakery etc. She is a true gem. I will stay here again - like the woman I met who has been coming for over 20 years!

Great experience

My husband and I had a really great experience staying here! The staff were incredible!!! So friendly and accommodating! Our only negative would be the lack of privacy in our room; the bathroom didn’t have a standard door and instead had a glass “door.” We had direct sight of the other person when they were using the facilities and that wasn’t very romantic. The room was clean and spacious enough for us.

The rooms are so small we had two twin beds it was really cramped The only great thing walkable to louvre and most museums D’Orsay Notre Dame and buses are near and metro you can go anywhere But I won’t stay there if I come to Paris again
