Excellent location, a few niggles

Great rooms, fantastic location, staff were always very friendly and helpful. Didn’t have breakfast, so can’t comment. A few niggles with room facilities- seemed very variable as to what was replenished each day- often no milk. One room had bed made one day but dirty pots and half used sparkling water not changed. Water provided had bottle tops and a bottle opener was provided, but was nearly impossible to use without slicing fingers! Overall, knocked down from excellent to good because of the room service- but would still recommend

The hotel was in a quiet street but very near to a busy and vibrant area. Transport was great, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel was well run, clean and the room was an excellent size. The bed was huge and comfy. The room would have benefitted from a mini fridge and some bottles of water but it was otherwise well equipped with lots of electric sockets including USB. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Overall this was an excellent hotel for the price and I would certainly return.

My daughter & I had a twin room, size typical of Europe. Beds comfortable. Bathroom tiny but functional. My only complaint was the pillows were too soft & not supportive. Any interaction we had with staff was very good, they were helpful with all requests. Two other daughters shared a double room, which was larger than ours and had a huge bathroom. All in all, a great stay and would recommend.

Very pleasant, clean room with good facilities in a good fairly central location, near the Metro. Only complaint is that the optional breakfast is too expensive.

Polite and friendly staff, lovely breakfast selection. Rooms and the hotel in general are clean. We found it fairly accessible to sites in Paris, with a lot within a 20 mins walk or if needed, the Metro is just around the corner. Would recommend and would stay again.
