The rooms were clean. It was cleaned without fail. The location was good for us , however the rooms were a bit outdated looking very old. The staff were very helpful. From the staff in kitchen , housekeeping and even front of house was so good. Lobsang - the receptionist was so amazing to us and very very polite and helpful.

Poor experience. The room was cold and the heater did not work (we were later given a fan heater). The room was not clean and had cockroaches. We only stayed one night and for a few hours but it left us feeling like we were staying in a third world country.

Good location close to the train stations Jaures and or Lumiere, a few restaurants around, mini markets, clean room, quiet. The only thing is the shower is not private, is in the middle of room, if you travel with friends they will have to wait outside. Everything else very good.

They put the budget in the title for a reason. The pillows were cheap, no cream, just soap. It felt like a motel that was just added to the chain. Not terrible but definitely not for a long stay or a stay where youd need to be indoors other than at bedtime

It’s a good hotel , we had various food options around us which was really nice . It’s less than 5 minutes walk from the Jaurès train station which also has various entries so different train lines . The area itself was quiet and felt safe walking around during the night .

This is a budget hotel and as such you expect a basic room, this is what you will get a very basic room. I was surprised however that the toilet is not really private, a gap in the bottom of the door, this may be an issue for some people. Staff are very friendly, breakfast is good and location is very good, about 10 minutes from one of two metro stations and very close to the canal for nice walks and restaurants and cafes. I would stay in this area again.
