I booked Ibis Paris Coeur d’Orly Airport for one night with my elderly mother, arriving around 12:30 AM. The first room had large flies and bugs, the second had used toilet paper in the toilet, and the third was infested with at least 10 mosquitoes — one full of blood. Despite trying three rooms, there were no clean alternatives, and we had to leave the hotel around 2 AM, completely ruining our travel plans and forcing us to return to Fontainebleau. One staff member (Masa) genuinely tried to help, but the overall experience was still not suitable.

There is nothing more hospitable than getting off your plane and knowing your hotel is across the terminal. Walk the tramway and the sweet smile of the sweet welcoming smile of the receptionist at the ibis Paris Coeur d'Orly Airport.They made me feel at home from their hospitable customer service to their property amenities and delicious Diner. I chose to dine in every day of my stay and even brought my collegues staying in other hotels to dine at the ibis Paris Coeur d'Orly Airport. Thank you so much! The hotel more than double charged us for our 1 night stay. They charged the correct amount to my AMEX credit card, then charged more than 290€ additionally to my debit card. This is just theft.
