Choose somewhere else.

The bed was very comfortable but that was as far as our comfort went. We arrived at the hotel and there was a group of people drinking, which in itself is fine. It was the fact that the 'lady' with the group was lowing kisses and wiggling herself at the guy on reception to get free drinks...which I'm guessing was working. The room itself was quite grubby and run down so much so that we booked another hotel. When we checked out we found out that we'd never actually been checked in. The area was quite nice and very quiet though.

The room was booked for 2 adults and our daughter. With the beds out you could hardly move as the room was so small, especially when you add suitcases. Usually you might store these and put your clothes in a wardrobe area but this was also not big enough with no drawers so we had to live out of the suitcase. Just not enough room for 3 people. Location was close to the metro so good. Breakfast included luckily as I would not have been happy to have paid for the very little choice. 1 member of staff was lovely and very friendly but the others were all quite unapproachable and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. We would not stay in Ibis again.

Room is a bit small but clean and quiet. Hotel I clean overall. Staff is nice and breakfast is very good. Located close to a metro station. I would recommend.

The communal areas are very tired and theres a few members of staff (one at breakfast especially) who were fairly rude.

Everything goes very well! Arriving very late (after 2am) at the hotel but no issue to get my room key. The check-out hour is perfect when you need to work a little bit before leaving. The staff was very kind and ready to help anytime.

Excellent Hotel

Location -------- 7 Min walk from Malakoff- Plateau De Vanves (Metro Line 13 stop) Kebab & Pizzeria opposite the hotel Supermarket (Franprix) - 5 min walk from the hotel Check In -------- Very Quick. Friendly Staff I was given a free upgrade to a better room. Room ---- Good size for 2 people SMART TV with Youtube & Netflix Breakfast --------- Cereals, Scrambled eggs, bacon, boiled egg etc. Not a lot of veg. options Check Out --------- Very Quick and Efficient Luggage Storage --------------- Provides free luggage storage which we used as our flight was late in the night. Recommendations for Improvement ------------------------------- The WC is very close to the wall. The only bin was in the toilet. A bin in the room will be useful.

Excellent staff

The staff were excellent, photocopied our passports for our Navigo pass photos, looked after our luggage while we went to Aquaboulevard, and were generally pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was also very nice.

Fantastic staff and quiet, comfortable rooms. There is a garden in the back that feels like a little oasis. In addition, train or taxi trips to central Paris are quick, and there is a fantastic restaurant across the street and a patisserie at the end of the block. We could not have asked for a better hotel--would highly recommend.

Perfect hotel with friendly staff

Very friendly staff, the room was clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect. It s near the train station and the expositions centre. Can checkin all night, which is a bonus as my flight had 3hrs delay! Highly recommended.

It was decent for the price paid but the breakfast was disappointing, did not cater for vegetarians and the fruit was from a tin.. When we arrived the lady was very hostile towards us which was not a good first impression. The room doors are quite close together and you can hear when people come in and out of their rooms at night. The location of the hotel was though quite good, close to the metro and good bus links. Not a lot of great restaurants near the hotel
