75 m2 crossing apartment on a high floor with balcony. 3 rooms : 1 large living room of over 30 m², 2 bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom, separate WC. The spacious and bright living room offers a splendid view over the south and east of Paris.
A video projector with a 2.8 m wide screen.
Two bedrooms, each one with a double bed, and the living room with a comfortable sofa bed.
Close to the metro and 5 minutes from the Canal de l'Ourcq.
On a high floor, this apartment, unopposed on both sides, offers you an unobstructed view and perfect tranquility.
The large living room, luminous, warm and friendly, allows 6 people to meet both in the lounge area around the coffee table and in the dining area around a large dining table.
The sofa bed, easy to adjust, is spacious and comfortable, both in the sofa position and in the bed position (140x200). The mattress topper it is equipped with makes it very pleasant to sleep on.
In spring and summer, you can enjoy the large balcony, 5m long and 1.30m wide, and the magnificent view it offers of Paris from the 10th floor.
The two bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds (160x200) and large closets to store your belongings. Bedroom 2 offers a work space with its corner desk. Through the windows, you can see the Sacré-Coeur in particular (2.5 km away).
The kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a dishwasher, a blender, a toaster, a large fridge, plenty of crockery, a double sink, kettle and coffee maker. A washing machine is also installed there.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Shower gel and shampoo are provided.
The toilets are separate.
The windows are all equipped with double glazing, guaranteeing good sound- and heat-insulation.
Towels and sheets are provided.
