Yes, the property manager was not attentive to the rodent infestation of the apartment. The issue was not addressed and the emotional impact of such an experience was minimized by a fluffy email sent after the stay in the apartment was completed.

Arrivée tumultueuse puisque nous n’avions pas le logement retenu. Dans ce dernier, pas de wifi et télé présente mais qui ne marche pas.Lavabos bouché qui s’écoule très mal. Propreté des oreillers limite (pas de housse de protection).Malgré tous ces inconvénients, l’emplacement est très bien pour visiter Paris.
