Like a tired Travelodge

Paid €240 for room only (in annex away from the pretty building in the photo) which was quite basic, in tired condition. Balcony had no table or chairs and despite requesting a non smoking room, room smelt like someone had smoking. Location is very pleasant just off the river but not particularly good value for money.

In general all went well and a very relaxing place. Things to improve: this is a good place also used for business travelers . Having issues to have an ironing board and an Iron for more than one day is really something that is not costly and can be addressed .

Below average for the price

Cold shower. Nothing worse. Reported at reception only to be told I should have rung as maybe they could have done something (turned the temp up?!) which I didn’t appreciate because 1. I’m not an idiot and know how to operate a shower 2. How should I have called them up when I am in the shower?! Plus, I have work to get to and the shower was just falling apart so nothing that can be fixed today!

Très en dessous des attentes d'un 4 étoiles

Service et prestations très en dessous des attentes pour un 4 étoiles : à notre arrivée, pas d'indication concernant le petit déjeuner, le wifi, le fonctionnement de la piscine/spa. Minimal syndical pour l'accueil du petit déjeuner : vous êtes 3, vous avez besoin de 2 tables : je vous regarde rapprocher les tables, mais je n'interviens pas. Besoin d'une cuillère ? Je te dis où la trouver, mais je ne le fais pas pour toi. 3ème couchage : un lit pliant d'1m60 avec un matelas (si on peut appeler ça comme ça) de 5cm d'épaisseur. Nous voyagions avec un ado de 17 ans (âge bien indiqué à la réservation). Dans la chambre, pas d'éclairage de l'entrée, même en retirant le sparadrap qui masque le détecteur de mouvement. Pourtant les ampoules sont là. Lumière bleue toute la nuit qui éclaire toute la chambre. La poignée de porte pour accéder au balcon cassée : nous l'avons immédiatement signalé, mais personne n'est jamais venu réparer. Fauteuil tâché. Shampoing vide, pas rechargé. Petite boite carton que nous avions jetée à la poubelle ressortie par personnel de ménage.
