well situated and convenient

We were satisfied with most aspects of our stay but the bathroom lacked anywhere to hang or to dry towels. This was a big problem as we had to hang them on wardrobe knobs and backs of chairs in the bedroom - not a pretty sight for four star accommodation. This problem needs addressing. I can't understand why designers should overlooked something so basic. Otherwise, the hotel experience met our expectations

great hotel

we had never been to Paris before and was well impressed with the hotel and the location. its near to almost every where we wanted to go. the 'hop on hop off' bus was excellent value and we highly recommended it. we will most definately go back, and stay and this hotel

Excellent location and great staff

The location for this hotel couldn't be better. We didn't need to use the metro once (apart from getting to and from gard de nord) everything is in walking distance. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms are cosy and clean. Noise from the road at the front can be loud but you can't hear it at night so it doesn't matter. Couldn't fault this hotel.

Belle chambre lumineuse, bien équipée. Sanitaires bouchés, lavabo, baignoire et même WC! Personnel réception compétent et agréable.

Lage perfekt, da sehr zentral und in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten und Shopping. Ein glutenfreies Frühstück sollte angeboten werden(Vorschlag für Verbesserung). Ansonsten perfektes Hotel

Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut perfekt, dies könnte gar nicht besser sein. Die Zimmer (wir hatten ein Standard-Zimmer) sind klein, jedoch im französischen Durchschnitt. Die Hotelzimmer in Paris sind ja im Allgemeinen ziemlich klein. Man hat aber alles was man benötigt. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption haben sich sehr dafür eingesetzt dass wir unser Zimmer behalten konnten und nicht umziehen müssen. Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt aufgrund eines Streiks verlängern. Wir würden sofort wieder in diesem Hotel wohnen, werden nächstes Jahr auch wieder kommen!
